Cannot
comment
on
quality
of
food
as
my
friend
and
I
only
had
a
cup
of
hot
chocolate
each,
as
it
was
cold
and
wet
this
morning
after
our
Tour.
The
staff
seemed
to
be
very
busy
and
also
friendly.
However,
the
front
desk
Manager
Sammy
was
a
different
story.
He
was
rude
and
aggressive
in
his
manner.
Firstly,
all
I
wanted
to
ask
was-
is
it
Table
Service
-
but
he
waved
me
to
sit
down
with
a
rude
gesture!
After
we
finished
our
drink,
seeing
that
he
had
a
laptop
of
some
sort
in
front
of
him,
I
went
up
to
him
wanting
to
pay
our
bill-
again
he
rudely
gestured
me
to
go
back
to
my
table.
It’s
very
embarrassing
to
say
the
least.
What
a
shame
-
the
ambience
was
nice
and
the
food
must
be
good
as
we
saw
plenty
of
locals
eating
there
for
a
Sunday
buffet.
Service
was
slow
but
perhaps
it
needs
a
bit
more
staff
on
a
busy
Sunday.
I
do
think
this
Manager
in
question
needs
more
training
on
how
to
be
polite
and
courteous
to
his
paying
customers.
I
don’t
think
language
barrier
is
the
issue
either,
as
a
kind
smile
can
say
a
1000
words.
Glad
I
didn’t
order
any
food
as
I
would
have
lost
my
appetite
after
the
way
he
treated
me.
By
the
way,
Speyer
is
beautiful
and
I
won’t
let
this
little
nasty
incident
changed
my
view
of
it.
