The training options are diverse, and occasional athletes in particular benefit from the expert and friendly support from the team. I find the youth training particularly impressive. The trainers approach the young people and teach them joy, a group feeling, concentration, endurance, technique, skill and self-confidence. Anyone who believes that boxing is about hitting other people wildly will be proven wrong. Many children and young people make rapid progress, which also helps them and gives them perspectives in other disciplines and even in “normal” school lessons. People are happy to leave their child here. The prices are fair, the rooms are clean and the trainers are friendly.
