Dr. Manolopoulos is one of the best in the world!!! We are not his patients because we do not live in Germany but helps us with his advice and great experience !!! Fantastic human and doctor !!!

I've had 2 miscarriages and wanted to know the reason/s behind it. Dr. Manolopoulos helped me with all the diagnostics that no one from the Hospitals and Clinics wanted to do. I felt reassured and my faith with doctors was regained. There was nothing wrong with me or my husband and got pregnant naturally. I had peace of mind from this clinic. I am grateful that someone like Dr. Manolopoulos was willing to help and listen. I am now holding my baby in my arms, I am so happy. They've been a part of this journey.

FIVE STAR !!! All what the woman has written about them is a BIG LIE, infact Kinderwunschzentrum in Offenbach is the BEST. They are professionals and very good, they are really doing a good job and very friendly staffs....you don't need to shout before they attend to you so tell all friends to go to Kinderwunschzentrum in Offenbach because they and the BEST!!!

If you can't speak well German, this is a perfect clinic to come. Even you are local people, this is still a better clinic to chose. why? I had appointment with another Kinderwunschzentrum, called several times and finally someone answered the call and only in German, got an appointment in two months, then I received a letter by post, asked me to bring a huge list of documents on the first visit, huge bureaucracy, and I had to run to another 2 clinics to get those documents. I asked around and three people has recommended me Offenbach Kinderwunschzentrum, so I gave it a try. Here is my experience: 1. always someone on the phone, and they speak perfect English, they answer the question well and give the appointment within 1 week without any bureaucracy. 2. Dr. Kisker held very positive and optimistic attitude, which gave me confidence and created a relax atmosphere. he also answer emails. 3. Doctors here work together, e.g. I consulted with Dr. Kisker, and finally it was Dr.Manolopoulos finished the last step. 4. They open till 8:00p.m. which made the visits possible and convenient for a full time working person. Not all the appointments possible after 6:00p.m., but at least all the blood test and consultancy can be arranged after 6:00p.m which made of most of the visits. 5. I success on the first try, now I am with my healthy baby at home. I am very grateful to this Kinderwuschzentrum.

I am so excited to share my experience with this Klinik. I never expected people are going to be so warm and welcoming. Previously I had very bad experience in Nürnberg on my First icsi decided to change, visited few other Klinik which didn’t give me or my husband any confidence after first failed icsi in Nürnberg. After many research I found Offenbach Klinik on the first video call with DR. Nurgül Basogul gave us full confidence to try again. The journey went and exceeded the expectations, all the doctors in the Klinik and especially front desk, anesthesia doctors all made me so comfortable, finally we are pregnant on the first try of icsi in Offenbach Klinik, they always made me come alternate days for check up and always guided towards my dream and doctors are so sweet, understands the patients feeling which I feel more important for a Praxis. Doctors always available on phone after embryo transfer which was so helpful. Even if this didn’t work out on the first try i would still visited again. And also I would like to thank Dr Psyraki. Overall I’m so satisfied and happy to choose this Klinik, hope this wil help others to travel towards their dream.

This is the third fertility center I’ve been to for treatment- prior to this, one in the US and one in Frankfurt. From the bottom of my heart, I am so grateful for this clinic. From my initial consultation via Skype to the day of my transfer, everything was handled professionally, promptly, and with personal care. Not once did I feel like I was a mere cog in the fertility clinic machine; everyone treated me as an individual and was sensitive to my questions and concerns every step of the way. Dr. Kisker, Dr. El Messaoudi, and the entire support staff have made the journey of infertility a bit less terrible. They are the most attentive and supportive team I’ve ever experienced, and I will recommend this clinic to everyone in need of their services.

An absolutely heartful recommendation. Though I didn't get pregnant from the first attempt at therapy. I visited the center on 24.03.2022 for my first consult with Frau Dr. Anna Klauz. She is very supportive from beginning to end. Frau Dr. Liebert is also very kind during the embryo transfer. And each ultrasound may meet different doctors, I can't recognize their faces over the masks, but each doctor is very nice and patient. And the appointment each time are arranged very quickly. Sometimes you waited longer in the clinic, only because it's too many people waiting which is understandable. The whole team is very friendly in my view. Regarding my age, I have to pay for the treatment myself. If German insurance would extend the age limitation of IVF, like in Taiwan to 45 years old. I will definitely go on my therapy here til I get pregnant. Because I am being taken good care of here by all doctors. Thank you all. 🥰

33 | DOR | 2 IUI | 1 IVF We had our first appointment after 2 months with Dr. Manolopoulos via phone, where we discussed our analysis and situation so far, as well as next steps. Even though we had to wait 1h+ for him calling, he answered all our questions and scheduled us for the preliminary blood work and spermiogram. For interpreting the results we planned a second appointment with Dr. Manolopoulos, with whom we shortly talked and who directed us further to another doctor for a treatment plan. This was confusing, since we waited extra long in order to specifically get him as our treating doctor. After diagnosis and 2 failed IUIs, we booked again Dr. Manolopoulos, but since again we only shortly talked and then been guided to another treating doctor, we decided to not insist with him anymore. The impression was Dr. Manolopoulos was overbooked and did not follow our case thoroughly, by not knowing the case and not being consistently available. Our following doctor was Dr. Hartschuh, whom these 5* are dedicated to. She got familiarized with our case, did further investigations and diagnosis, heard and counselled us on our concerns. Her manner is thorough and methodic, we felt in very good hands and were informed during each step what the goal and expectations are, how to improve chances and most importantly she was available for additional questions or concerns, even outside working hours! We started our first round of IVF, after extremely low AMH values, and thank to the treatment chosen by Dr. Hartschuh, we collected slightly more eggs than expected, all mature and all fertilized! We transferred 1 blastocyst and we were successful on first try. During the IVF process, Dr. Hartschuh was very available, after punction we talked almost every day related to progress and next steps, further analysis, nutrition, fertility chances, etc. and she was very competent and comforting. We had close contact the whole 1st trimester and she was really wonderful, especially in the critical phase after egg retrieval by constantly checking the embryo status, blood results, echography results, development of the fetus and personal concerns or questions. We are currently 22weeks pregnant and we strongly recommend this clinic for: - great opening hours and flexible schedules for blood work - competent doctors (we also had great experience with Dr.Klauz at ultrasounds, she is professional and detailed in investigating and explaining) and medical staff, from lab, embryologists to anesthetists and front desk personnel. I always felt accommodated and treated kindly, for example when I needed to fit the blood work or had extra questions at ultrasound. Our sole downside was the confusion at the beginning with not actually having Dr. Manolopoulos as our treating doctor, where a transparent communication of his availability could have spared us some time and accommodation with the other 2 doctors. Our impression was that the doctors at the clinic are really competent and take care of their patients, so I would recommend not to necessarily go for the head of the clinic, since you have a wide choice of quality doctors available, who are dedicated and with a proved record of excellent results. If we decide for a second baby, we will definitely come to this clinic again. Thank you!

We got full support from Dr Frau Liebert, she analyzed our entire situation and transfered me to diferent specialist for additional reviews, without those actions we could not trigger the right process and path, now we are very close to our objective:) The center has also a good , pragmatic mindset and are very open for alternatives, different to Frankfurt where we met doctors with old fashion views and perspectives. Doctor Manolopoulus put as in the right way and we are very grateful for this.Dr Frau Klaus was also very supportive , as well as the personal; I would say it took sometime until they started to know me and they were very patient with questions, specially at the end.

From the initial video call with Dr Manolopoulos, we felt a serenity and fatherly figure in the doctor that we had not felt in a long time! His calmness, thorough explanations, detail and time spent with us were exemplary. Our experience at the centre was outstanding compared to other centres visited. The staff from front desk, to the nurses (blood test samplers), to the doctors were all super friendly, kind and always understanding. Special shout out and thanks as well to Dr Charitopoulou with a never give up attitude! An exceptional doctor! Also, special mention and thanks to Dr El Messaoudi, with her wonderful care, calmness and positivity throughout! A wonderful embryologist in Dr Tsifika, who took the time to discuss and explain all the steps in detail and the process! Last but not least, the support and warmth of Dr Jeiter. All in all, a great experience at a highly recommended centre, a place where towards the end of our treatment felt like a family with their great embrace and friendliness! A distant friend recommended us this clinic to us after we’ve tried to become pregnant after a year. After we had our first video appointment end of 2021 we discussed with a female doctor (can’t recall her name) our first set of appointments. I’n order to help finance our journey we’ve pointed out first that we made plans to get married before end of 2021 with the benefit to receive health insurance support with the background in my case that there was not enough time to start even with two test because I was turning 40 the year after. Sadly health insurance wouldn’t cover for married females after 40. So the clinic was aware of the short time frame same as I was. Regardless of the short period the female doctor suggested to start. So we’ve started with blood test for me, all test appointments we’re scheduled far from each other that result’s came late, then follow up appointment to discuss my results and for the gynecological check with Dr. L.B. he wasn’t in charge for me but I was so furious to find out my results so I accepted the appointment. Once I got seated the doctor seemed a bit unorganized to me, I was asked to provide for documentation I already submitted before, when it came to my results gladly everything was ok, but he did do the gynecological check he said that would be done next. I was disappointed because I was told that this was on the list for the same day. Another appointment was scheduled for the gynecological check within 3-4 weeks waiting time it really made. In time between it was my husband’s turn for blood test and spermiogramm, I agreed to receive the results over the phone, afterwards Dr L.B. was again in charge to submit the unpleasant results. We we’re told the chance to become pregnant within their facility is less thank 30%. After receiving the shocking diagnosis, we’ve decided not to proceed with this clinic. Several reasons lead us to go against it, for instance the long waiting slots for appointments, unfriendly front desk staff, unorganized doctor who took my file although he wasn’t in charge for me, we asked via email to double check for their IBAN # after receiving the invoice with a reminder that their bank information has changed, the owner himself replied back in a unfriendly manner to confirm the bank information.
