    Had a bad experience with a waitress pointlessly rude once, but other the than that service is ok, and the sweets are very good. <edit> The bad experience was just a one off, the same waitress had been kind after that (now she left btw). It's a good place.

    The staff ruined it for me. All they do is stare at you and act like they don't speak German. The coffee was ok though.

    We had cappuccino and some cookies. Both were wonderful. It's well located, next to S-Bahn. It's fairly clean. The staff could be a bit more friendly
