Nice hotel, great breakfast and close from the metro station Offenbach-Kaiserlei.

Clean and good-size room ( ensure your room is not faced construction field, it can be noisy) outdoor garage is situated back near the hotel or across the hotel if it’s packed. breakfast buffet has large of selection. Great staff service: friendly and speak well English. Restaurant only opens in the evening and there’s no room service; however, the staff will accommodate to ensure you have great stay.

Says it has a restaurant and bar.... Not on weekends and no eateries around either. Kindly offered take away menus.

Very upscale Best Western. I would stay at this hotel over anything else just for the added amenities and extras that they provide. Service was great and all the staff were happy to help. They also knew English very well which made my stay easy as I am not fluent in Deutsche and have a hard time with some phrases and words.

Best service I have ever experienced. Very nice staff, we stay with six fellows for a business trip over night and it was able to book a table for the breakfast, whilst the hotel was fully booked. Best Western furthermore offers a great breakfast buffed, nice and cosy rooms and often refreshments for free in the minibar (water and apple juice). Great experience!

Stayed here for 2 nights in December last year with my friend, during the "We Love Techno Club" festival. Room was nice, but the hotel has been under repair or something, so no hotel amenities were available, but we still didn't use them. There was a little misunderstanding from the beginning - when we came there first time and told about the festival, the receptionist told us that we would live for free (no idea why, probably because the "techno clubbers" are friends with the hotel's owner), but the next day the second person at the desk told us that we should pay... Besides this, everything was fine. The price was 120 eur for 2 nights,a bit too high for me, as for ukrainian, but I guess it's normal for Frankfurt. P. S. I accidentally forgot to leave the card at the reception, so I still have it at home as a souvenir :)

Nice small hotel with a great breakfast buffet. Clean rooms and nice garden in the back. The hotel is not located far from Frankfurt airport/downtown or Offenbach. Easy access to all of europe via Frankfurt Central station

Close to the Metro and location is good to get quickly to Frankfurt. The hotel itself is a bit old and the rooms not that great, still clean and big with enough space. Breakfast is ok'ish.

Nice room, good distance to Frankfurt and close to a trainstaton. The rooms are big and well cared. The breakfast is just great. If I need to visit Frankfurt again, I would choose this hotel again.

I stayed in the hotel for one night. The front desk person was rude and spent lot of time getting un-nessary personal details to check in. I spent like 15 minutes with very slow and unpleasant person who somhow was very annoyed with me for no reason. Rooms were clean and breakfast was good. Hotels need to understand how to treat their customer properly as there are other hotels also who do.
