Wir mussten im Notfall leider in diesem Hotel ausweichen, weil zu Messen Zeiten alles ausgebucht war.. Vorab es wird hier nicht gereinigt. Fernseher und Strom im Bad funktioniert leider auch nicht auch nach mehrmaligen erfragen dies bitte zu beheben. Wird mit einem lächeln abgeschüttelt. Sehr runtegekommenes Hotel.. Teppich stark verdreckt in allen Zimmern welche wir gebucht haben. Die Zimmer werden erst nach 7 Tagen mal gereinigt.. Frühstück ist ok.. reicht alles da von Wasser kaffe Wurst Käse süsses kann da nicht klagen. Der Fokus hier sollte mehr auf die Hygiene der Zimmer liegen.. Parkplätze sind vorhanden mann kann sogar mit einem 7.5 Tonnen hinten parken. Preislich war das ganze schon sehr 3 Sterne quali eher wie ein billiges Hostel.

Finding the hotel was not hard, and the parking was very spacious. Getting the tickets redeemed/getting in was not as easy, but no problem. Amazing!!

Sehr abgenutzt, aber die Sauberkeit ist gegeben. Matratze und Kissen verdienen nicht ihren Namen. Da muss nachgebessert werden. Lichter sind teilweise kaputt. Wlan ist vorhanden.

You get what you pay for. Perfect if you only need a place to sleep. The beds are hard, but clean. The rooms are small but as I already said for a sleep it is enough.

It needs 15mins to drive to the Frankfurt city by car. Suggestion: don’t forget to ask for toothbrush in the reception!

Arrived late (22:30) to the hotel to find the room -booked for 3 people- with only 2 beds made and only 2 blankets. Phoned the hotel, but they were unwilling to sort the issue 'because there was no one at the hotel at this time".

I have came for 2 night stands. the room floor was not that clean. towels hasn't chaged. Due to an express hotel payment was easy from a machine on enterance but payment can be done on each day and reciept comes 2 seperately. Hotel manager and staff was helpfull.

Very low budget hotel but don’t let that put you off. The rooms are clean, the bedding, shower and toilet were all clean too. The bed was comfy and the room was quiet. We arrived late at night, so did a self check in. This meant there was no staff around to help us find where to park as there are no obvious signs for parking. We almost parked in some spaces on the street but they were reserved for another hotel, so we would have got a fine. We eventually found that the parking was right around the back of the hotel, in a car park that actually looks like its for the business behind the hotel. You have to enter a code to raise the barrier, luckily we found someone who was staying there too who knew what to do to gain access. So if you know you will arrive late, ring ahead whilst staff members are still on-site, to find out the code. There’s a McDonalds and a petrol station just at the end of the road, about a 4 minute walk. There’s a good selection of snacks and drinks in the petrol station.

You get what you pay for, room wasn't cleaned one day to the next, had to ask for a towel. Wouldn't stay again

Room with a terrible smell. Room dirty. The carpets were full of huge disgusting spots. Shower has leaks. The bed and pillow were extremely uncomfortable. Worst hotel I remember staying. Look for alternatives.

The location is far from train station and buses barely pass the road. The room has never been cleaned up thoughout my 1 week stay. Checked out was at 11 am and the staff knock on my door at 10 am. I asked to wait for 2 hours at lobby since my friend will pick me up at 1 pm with 23 kg luggage but they said the lobby will be closed down for break time. They suggested me to move out to mcdonalds nearby along with 23 kg luggage.

Tiny,, clean room. Ideal for one night or a few hours sleep.

Owner was friendly, rooms were clean and check in was quick and efficient.

Far away from anything. Hotel itself is nice, clean and spacious with friendly staffs. Average selection of breakfast but otherwise satisfactory.

The worst ibis-budget hotel I have ever stayed in. My first preference for a hotel on my holiday is always accor hotels (especially the economical ibis budget) and I'm never disappointed until this day. There were virtually no ibis budget quality services in this hotel. It felt to me I'm staying at a cheap road-side makeshift hotel. There was no professionalism in the management of the hotel, the reception was opened on the will of the receptionist. We reached there by 17:00 and the reception was closed. We checked in using the machine and the printer to print room number and key code was not working. The room was the worst: air conditioner was not controllable, toilet light could not be turned off, the lights by the bed were not working. There was only 1 light in the room which worked. When we got the room, even the toilet paper was not replaced from the previous guests. The open wash basin was all ripping off and not properly cleaned. Very non-serious and non-professional hotel: the staff of the hotel was almost always sitting outside, smoking. The hotel is non-smoking but we could get smoking smell from the window. I suppose the hotel is run by a family and the whole family was chilling out around the reception area - even during the breakfast, the whole family was in the breakfast area. I'm not against family culture, but this is a hotel, not a farmhouse. After the first night, the room key did not work anymore. I had to go back to reception and look for someone who could help me. The lady told me that the key is expired after 1 day. I had prepaid for 2 nights, how could that happen?

You get what you pay for. One night next to the Frankfurt airport. Place is acceptable and is close to the airport.

We used our free cancellation in February. In June we still didn't get our money back. Our calls and mails are being ignored. This is just theft! I demand my money back, now! Worst customer service ever.

Good hotel, cheap, complimentary soap and shower gel/hair wash. Clean room however felt a bit itchy when sleeping...

Simpler, clean, decent... Big and comfortable shower and toilet. Tv, wifi, parking... Very reasonable prices.

The owner dosent guide well! Weird behaviour, after check out at 11am he did not allow me to even sit inside. He kept me sitting out in the coldest weather from 1pm till 5pm as I had a late flight. Disgusting behaviour. Pls do not stay here n let him learn to behave with his customer

Es sollte eher Ibis Hostel heissen, da es einem solchen eher gerecht wird. Am Teppich im Zimmer lauter undefinierbare Flecken, Wand rissig und fleckig. JEDER weiss doch, dass Teppichböden bei einer Dusche keine gute Idee sind! Tja, nicht diese Absteige: Der Teppich bei der Dusche hatte einen riesigen Wasserfleck und die Stelle wirkte, als würde diese schon leicht schimmeln... DasTreppenhaus war total versifft und ich fragte mich, ob dort je gefegt wurde. Automat leer/geht nicht und in unserem Zimmer ging die Lüftung für Heizung/Klimaanlage nicht. Zwei Worte: Nie. Wieder. Frühstück ist noch okay und man hat McDonald's sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe aber diese Absteige: Total abgeranzter Laden, definitiv nicht zu empfehlen. Nehmt lieber das Achat bei der Stadthalle.
