Extremely rude. I had finished my Coke Zero bottle and my pastry purchased. My daughter took my garbage to the trash can and recycle, and I was getting some work done. My daughter and wife went for a stroll. There was a new worker that came over after 20 minutes or so and questioned if I had purchased anything. After saying, “Yes, I did, Sir.” (Very politely) He then said, “Fine, but you finished, now you go.” There was no one waiting for a table. No busyness. No anything. Mr. Abedin, you are profoundly rude. I was actually about to purchase another drink as I was thirsty. I can assure you, I will NEVER again purchase from you and I hope that others will choose the many other options in the airport as you don’t deserve the good business of good people. Good luck!

Vastly over-priced, as we have come to be sadly used to when buying food and drinks at airports. Having said that, my pretzel tasted fine and the service was friendly.

A small coffe and sanwich shop at Frankfurt airport right next to gate B10-11 in T1. Got some sandwiches,coffee and beverages. No service at all and not possible to grill or heat the sandwiches. Not so many other possibilities though. Its the only one close by unfortunately.

500ml water 4.5 eur. No thanks. Feels like a trap for people who can't look around. In duty free Heinemann half of minute away ~2 eur.

I had a baguette cheese sandwich and wanted a coffee but their machine was broken. The baguette bread was an absolute disgrace to German bread!! It was the worst bread I've had in years....and all that for almost 5 euros. Never again

There are bad places to get a coffee, and then there is place. If you do 1 thing in life, don’t order coffee from this place. You might as well eat ash from an ashtray

Opening times unclear. On the door, it was written that the shop is open from 5:00 - 24:00. However, when I was there at 10:30 PM, the door was already locked. There was a person at the counter, who intentionally avoided looking at the door. Their website and google maps show different opening timings.

The attention is terrible, the worst I have seen in Germany, the staff is the rudest, disrespectful and unpleasant, there is no good customer service and their prices are super expensive, the workers treated me very badly and threw me both the bread and the ticket bad manner that lacks respect DOOR B11 both the woman and the man were rude rude and abusive

Rude service. Guy is upset. He told me that they don't accept cash . He was upset all the time. When I told him that he don't need to be upset , he call the police. Place is a joke.

I don’t understand why I had to wait longer than anyone who ordered later than I. (Is it because I am an asian one?) In this situation all staffs were even angry with me. Totally terrible.

Not a good choice for TooGoodToGo. You can buy the same things cheaper in supermarkets. There is a REWE nearby with more food options at cheaper prices.

Awfully rude. I asked if he could fill up my water bottle with tap water and he told me if I water I had to buy it. I also asked in German and he just replied to me in English.

The one by gate B11 refused to accept Euros cash. Saying that the food and drink on offer including fresh coffee was all of a high standard and the staff and service were great.

If you want to eat something delicious in a cozy place you should choose this place! A cozy place to eat, and a friendly service! I highly recommend!

Very rude personal. They would not open until 14:00 on Thursday 21st of December. Some costumers were waiting in front of the space (standing/seating). The waiter approached screaming and with bad maners kicked us all even an old very nice German lady that was tired of standing. This happened at 13:50. The space was not very clean and we even found a mouse!

The main guy who works there is super rude. Prices are also high and he didn’t like that I mentioned that and tried to make me feel awkward about it. I honestly wasn’t directly criticizing his prices, but prices in general at the airport. Water does however seem obscenely priced. Based on the awful reviews about his service it appears he’s also not concerned or self-aware because he was rude to me and to others before me. It’s like he knows people will go there no matter what because there aren’t many options at those gates but it will eventually catch up to him. Tables were also all dirty even though it wasn’t that busy.
