I have known the chocolate from Switzerland for years. They have a great selection of chocolates and pralines. There are special editions for the 4 seasons and these are always worth trying. The service is always friendly and helpful. It's definitely the best chocolate in the world.

Super annoying staff. It is like, if you are begging them to get some chocolate. Furthermore, they didn't allowed us to take a picture of chocolates. A note to Läderach staff: Please search "Läderach" on the social media, start with "Google Images", and try to remove every single picture showing your super secret chocolates. If its about the showcase, you just put the blocks of chocolates. Also your staff can't speak English so they don't understand what I want. When I show them the chocolate they say don't show with the finger! Well, you should understand English then. I did not touch the chocolate I just show to communicte. Its super annoying. Please change your costumer communication policy and be more friendly.

Truly the Louis Vuitton of chocolates…I really love Laderach!!! The staff here is super nice & offered samples! I even got a coupon voucher for free chocolates at their sister store 10-min away!!! I highly recommend this store - ask for Anna!

Always a great fan of their chocolates especially the freshly made boards. We had a great experience with Karolina who helped us to chose the right type for our friends and also with Corinna who went beyond her capacity to prepare for us a nice gift set for our friends, she helped us with all our questions and answered them all with respect to the type and weight of the packaging and she also propose some new products to us which again was another highlight of the branch, thanks to her we got some samples to taste too. Overall a great experience with very helpful staffs at this branch.

I visited the shop on Zeil in Frankfurt yesterday and again today. Corinna was working and she is a delightful woman! She was very knowledgeable about the chocolate presented and offered me samples of different ones to try. She expressed that the chocolate with orange with her favorite and out of the samples I tried I must say the cashew was pretty awesome! And the ginger. And the pistachio. And…! I went back today to purchase six gift boxes for my children’s teachers back home in South Carolina. This is some of the finest chocolate I’ve ever had, and it’s Swiss. How can you go wrong? I hope everyone gets to experience Corinna’s elegance and persuasion in this lovely shop on Zeil.

As always - the best possible experience for chocolate lovers like me at Läderach, this time in Frankfurt. Everything was top quality and Corinna was very kind to show and guide me in the world of all those chocolate buties!

You have to see their extensive selection of beautifully crafted and high quality Swiss chocolates! Wow! I left with three boxes of pralines, truffles, and grand cru noir assortment. And a few chocolate pieces for a Christmas tree :)

So lecker, the lady can speak English and she was so helpful and friendly. Also she was so patience to explain to me Whether chocolate has Alcohol or not.

So pricy and uncreative. As I believe, a really expensive dessert shop should have best creations, really good presentations, best services and best quality chocolates. But I see are very traditional kind of chocolates, very very uncreative I don't find something really creative or beautiful or interesting. I don't see much value in the chocolates. For me the taste is the least important thing, rather I would like something really funny as gifts.

It was an absolute delight getting chocolates from here. Quality is umatched, and pricing was comparable to that in Switzerland, but Corinna's proactive suggestions and service attitude made all the difference and made the buying experience so enjoyable. Will come back again at the next opportunity.

Really great chocolate shop! Service was unbelievable, we could taste the chocolates and the lady (Corinna) was absolutely lovely! She told us about the chocolates and let us taste them (and they tasted amazing). I bought some pralines to go and I was given some giveaways also. I really recommend visiting this shop.

As I was mid travel, I wasn’t able to get any Läderach chocolate from Switzerland. Imagine my happiness when I found a store in Frankfurt! Quality chocolate and quality staff. Corrina welcomed me (and everyone) with a friendly smile and offered suggestions and tasters to help me decide what to get (as I couldn’t buy everything 🤣). A lovely experience and definitely recommend paying this place a visit when you’re in Frankfurt!

I would like to share about my experience shopping at Läderach and the service that was provided by Ani. I went to the shop on Monday, 10th July. Ani was very welcoming yet giving us enough space to shop without any pressure. Upon enquiring on the different product offerings, Ani was very knowledgeable about the different types of chocolates that are sold and could described it to us beautifully. She gave us some chocolates to try but not pushy in her sales. Ani has a really warm reception throughout my shopping experience at the shop. This place in center City of frankfurt..they serve best chocolate bars. It's fresh and very yummy. They have guge variety of it. You can have a taste then choose what you want to take away. Nice interior.
