Poorly made pizza, bad service, rude employees, and not an actual restaurant (even though I called ahead and asked). One of the worst Pizza Huts I've been to, similar to the terrible Pizza Hut at the zoo in Frankfurt. Don't go here. Don't give these people your business. Pizza Hut should strip them of their franchise.

the worst pizza in town , the taste was horrible and the delivery service took 2 hours just for one pizza , the guy in the phone was outrageous and the delivery guy was mean! strong advice : never get there ! it's a nightmare!!!!

Never have I ever experienced a less customer oriented service. Pizza not delivered in time. Pizza was Cold. And when I called I was told I was being disrespectful. If you want to do yourself a favor: don’t order here.

i have made an online order with pickup time 12:19. they have started to bake this pizza after i have steped up into the store..so if you have short lunch break like me it does not matter whether will you order or just walk in to the store. you will need to wait.

The service is very kind and polite. The place is very small. Great for takeaway. Pizzas are very tasty.

The options for delivery were not that great in the late evening at Frankfurt airport, so I decided to order from this restaurant. I ordered a mushroom pizza with additional peppers. After one hour the food finally arrived. Unfortunately they did not honor my order correctly and forgot to put the peppers on the pizza, which I payed for. The taste was not a masterpiece and quite greasy.

Good pizza, Pizza Hut standard, but restricted seating area in case you want to eat in. Very friendly staff.

The worst. Staff were rude and unhelpful. Transferring through Frankfurt airport and staying in the holiday inn hotel, the person on the other end of the phone says unless I have a German phone number I can’t order from Pizza Hut, so I try with the hotel phone and he tells me has to be a mobile number, so I try via the app it says it won’t deliver to this address. 🤦🏽‍♂️ I know it works though as others here are enjoying pizza and the just eat App seems to be working. So unhelpful.

Ordered via Uber Eats two pizza’s. Both were still warm delivered at our hotel. Got a call 3-4 minutes before arrival of the deliverer. 5 stars for us!

Worst pizza service in the name of Pizzahut. @Pizzahut, team please review this outlet for authenticity. We have order veggie lovers pizza and what we got is like mozerella just tomato olives and 2 strands of capsicum (veggie mix) where in menu it’s mentioned to have much more veggies.

As expected, been to better Pizzahuts, so therefore only 4 stars. Service could have been better, but didn't have to high expectations to begin with, so...

Pizza will stay in your stomach like clay. Ok if there is no other option Good prices and takes debit with delivery, therefore 3 stars instead of 2.
