The Badstudio Bornheim team carried out an extensive renovation for us. A spacious but outdated bathroom and a guest toilet were converted into two shower rooms and an additional hallway with an integrated cloakroom. In addition, a stationary air conditioning system was integrated. ‬ In addition to the very good craftsmanship of our very individual plans, optimal use of space was important to us (use of cavities and optimization of pre-wall installations). All trades should be controlled from a single source. ‬ The Badstudio Bornheim team did a very good job, we are completely satisfied with the result! ‬ We were hesitant at first because the offer initially seemed quite expensive, but in the end the investment was worth it and the result is worth the price. ‬ Particularly noteworthy are the professional advice and reliable coordination of all major work steps by Mr. Dedic. Thanks to his competence and his creative suggestions for solutions, even the most difficult problems could be solved optimally. All work was carried out as discussed without exception! We met with Badstudio Bornheim - B&S Haustechnik GbR, after which Mr. Barfs made us an interesting offer for our planned renovation project. This bathroom conversion had a number of pitfalls because the arrangement of the objects and the small space under our sloping roof did not allow for large variations in execution. Some tricks were necessary regarding the pipe routing, which the site manager and installer Branco Dedic solved meticulously - according to the motto: There is no such thing as impossible. So he had the ambition to install the shower tray flush with the floor, which actually seemed impossible given the pipe routing. During the renovation work, we happened to have a complicated pipe burst somewhere else, which he also repaired. The electrical system was completely renewed. The electrician's laying of reserve cables was very helpful afterwards. The work of a tiler borders on that of a precision mechanic. We were always included regarding the joint pattern and other questions. I can also attest to good quality craftsmanship for other work such as shower cubicles and built-in cupboards. Mr. Barfs regularly visited the renovation work and presented us with samples in a timely manner so that there were no misunderstandings during installation. B&S Haustechnik is still unforgotten by us today, because every time we enter our bathroom we enjoy this beautiful room. Just take a look at the references on the B&S homepage. The quality of craftsmanship only becomes clear when something goes wrong and you are confronted with difficulties of unprecedented proportions. In my case it was old water damage in the ceiling that was only discovered during the renovation work in my bathroom. This demonstrated the great expertise of Heiko Barfs and Branco Dedic, who, with their large network, always had the right craftsmen on hand and quickly found solutions to bring the planned project to a successful conclusion. Right from the start, you convinced me with your specialist knowledge, tailor-made ideas for my new bathroom, the ability to recognize customer wishes, excellent knowledge of manufacturers, products and cheaper alternatives, but also clear words when, as a customer, I felt like I was about to succumb to megalomania , because SCHÖNER WOHNEN has once again printed some really great ideas, but they are difficult to implement if you live on the 4th floor of an old building in Frankfurt and really want to have a floor-level shower.
