Avoid
it!
My
worst
experience
in
visiting
a
store!
Me
and
my
husband
were
at
Frankfurt
Saturn
MyZeil
and
my
mobile
phone
run
out
the
battery,
and
one
of
the
Saturn
staff
told
me
that
Saturn
has
charging
stations
and
we
can
sit
on
the
assigned
seats
in
costumer
service
and
charge
my
battery.
After
a
few
minutes
(like
2
min.),
one
of
the
security
staff
came
to
me
and
yelled
at
me
in
an
aggressive
way
that
I
cannot
sit
down
there
while
I
was
exactly
in
the
assigned
spot.
There
were
no
line-up
and
it
was
just
us
and
another
lady
sitting
in
an
area
designated
for
at
least
8
seated
people.
He
impolitely
and
offensively
insisted
that
we
should
not
sit
down
there
and
he
was
pretty
close
to
hit
me.
While
shocked
by
this
sudden
rudeness
and
as
his
statement
was
quite
unreasonable
and
against
basic
costumer
rights,
my
husband
asked
for
the
Manager
of
the
store
to
resolve
the
issue.
Sadly,
not
only
he
didn't
resolve
the
problem
and
was
totally
incapable
in
handling
the
situation,
but
also
he
treated
very
aggressively
and
offensively.
Shockingly,
he
promptly
disconnected
my
phone
from
the
power
and
they
pushed
us
out
of
the
store.
Not
only
were
were
exposed
to
frequent
verbal
harassments
and
insulting
by
the
store
manager
and
the
security
staff
but
also
they
pushed
us
to
go
out
without
any
clear
reasons
and
they
did
physical
harassments,
as
well.
This
happened
while
other
customers
could
freely
used
that
section
for
charging
their
mobile
phone.
As
a
tourist
that
cannot
speak
German,
obviously,
they
tried
to
bully
us
and
since
we
could
not
speak
German,
they
were
continuously
yelling
and
insulting
us.
That
was
extremely
shocking
to
us
and
honestly
it
was
for
the
very
first
time
we
were
treated
like
that
in
a
store.
I
have
no
idea,
maybe
this
is
how
you
treat
your
guests
in
Germany
or
at
Saturn
stores,
but
I've
never
seen
this
in
any
other
countries.
I
already
called
and
emailed
the
customer
service
of
Saturn,
but
I
have
not
received
any
clear
response
about
what
actions
to
be
done
to
correct
this.
As
tourists
who
came
here
to
visit
your
country,
the
least
expectation
is
respect
as
human
being
and
also
as
a
customer
at
your
store.
That
was
quite
shocking
and
frustrating
that
we
were
humiliated
and
insulted
by
a
store
manager
without
any
clear
reasons.
