Awful Service!!! Staff runs away if you want to ask something and the queue enfront of ONE cashier/Kasse was toooooo long!! NO THANK YOU

Got an already used and broken product for Christmas, how can this even work quality wise? The support is terrible and the Christmas present was it unfortunately too.. not a recommendation! Now I see in the contributions I'm not the first disappointed person at deliveries!

Will never buy again at this store. Price tags are all wrong, and upon questioning it to a sales representative all I got was: “Yes well, all our price tags are wrong”. Besides, I got no intention of an apology for their mistake.

Worse customer service ever, never expected such service from Saturn. Had to wait 45 minutes to be assisted for a mobile phone. Finally I gave up and had better service from Conrad.

Not a great experience I did not expect this. The worker were not friendly and no t very helpful. The prices were higher than the market. I would strongly advise to look online before go there

Despite the good offer of products, their level of service to the client is below 0, absolutely inadequate….. even if you buy good (and expensive…) products, they sent you home without even a bag. To be avoided.

Not so good, I ordered online a Sony Camera and a Lense. Saturn announced that it was successfully ordered and waited for me to pick up in store. But when I came the day after, they said that only the camera is here and the Lense is out of stock. It disappointed me a little.

Overall, a great place that has everything. A minor point of critic was that a client was testing sound boxes at a very high volume, which was disturbing for other clients.

Have been there today and bought Sony camera. After arriving home realized that there's no camera in box. Box was fully sealed and with magnetic anti-theft devices when I took it from the store. Why doesn't cashier checked the box when I payed for it??? So it's okay nowadays to buy a carton box for 850€???? And what if it were my last day in the city??? Also it's so many assistants in shop, but it took me 40 minutes to find anyone who can say the price of a product with no labels 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️ Definitely cannot suggest to use the shop or buy anything here!!!!

I highly recommend the shop as it has various brands to compare and choose among. The only problem was finding some one to answer your questions and guide you. I bought a laptop, each time I had question, I needed to wait more than 40 minutes till a sales person came and answered.

I needed an adapter for my laptop as I didn't bring my own one from home. The service I received was not good or helpful and it is a big place and you need to get help if you never been there before. After a long time someone came and gave me the wrong adapter I found out when I arrived to my hotel, I went back the second time for the same no service no help from the employees of this location returned the adapter I bought earlier after sending a long time on line to get my money back. After that someone did come and tried to help me but with no success in finding my need and recommending going to look for it in a different store which I did with no success... After a few more searches I realized I couldn't find the adapter I need and I was ready from no other options to purchase a laptop because my work is online and I didn't want to go to some internet cafe for my 2 weeks stay. So I went back to the store ready to buy a new laptop so I can do my job and work and send information to my clients. When I got there to the department that sells the new laptop the guy there ask me what I need and when I explained to him why I am there he directed me to a place where there was the adapter I needed and it was not where the other sales people showed me the adapters. So when they say from to many trees you don't see the forest that is what they mean. The place is too big and no one knows what and where things are.

I found employees are rude or not interesting in entertaining you. We went there to buy Pixel 6 pro, waited 40 mins there. Asking every employee around mobile section and they were not responding or else rudely saying "wait". Plus it was also not crowded.

Too much variaty with cheap prices. Some products have very good quality aome have accorsinv to the price

As many other reviews said, some staff is impossible to get help from which only makes customers appreciate the competent staff even more. They exist in Saturn you just need to hope there is not a line to talk to them. This is not a joke, the many staff who are standing around refusing to be helpful are likely the staff that give the store a bad reputation.

Huge shopping center, but air co does not work and a bit hot on top floors, and lack of small and cozy cafes

Really bad service and delivery. You can get second hand thing, after another people or from expose, or you can’t receive your order while few weeks because of misunderstanding between manager and delivery🙄🙄🙄

For all your electrical needs. I went to buy a TV and done my own research before going. Shop floor staff very helpful and confirmed that the selection i choose was the correct one. The till staff not very friendly, maybe cause it was at the end of the day. Would recommend the store for variety but suggest you do your own research before buying.

The collection is decent but none of the employees were wearing FFP2. They were asking all customers to change their normal masks to FfP2. When politely asked the reason for employees not adhering to the right mask rules, the security guy told us to not irritate him and mind our own business. What a beautiful way to do business!

I wished they had price scanning stations throughout the store the display model does not match stock on the shelves I ended using my own mobile to research the correct prices...there are so many selection of goods overall nice place

I would call it as electronics heaven 😄 what makes this place special is the advisors who are working there and the guarantee that you get... That's the main difference between buying online or from the shop, you could see, touch, get advised and be risk free with the guarantee they offer. If Saturn would offer the same prices as on the internet It's going to be the next Amazon 😉

If you live in Europe this is a good place to buy electronics.,, The shop is huge with a lot of products..if in Asia just get ideas to buy once you get back home .

Every worker there ignored me for half an hour, the only one who talked to me didn't know much English, when I asked about a product they told me to find it myself. Very frustrating experience. A lot of packets were open and the products inside missing or broken.

Good place to satisfy your individual desire for shopping, came in to search for beard trimmer and have found useful one. Although it's Saturday late afternoon, it wasn't too overcrowded. At the cashier, the tip girl was very nice and welcoming, I recommend this place, so don't hesitate and swing in.

Having a real bad experience in getting a Internet provider. You can see stalls for different internet providers there. But they are not efficient enough. They are not providing support after your contract is signed. Horrible

In this place they treat you disrespectfully! Avoid it! My worst experience in visiting a store! Me and my husband were at Frankfurt Saturn MyZeil and my mobile phone run out the battery, and one of the Saturn staff told me that Saturn has charging stations and we can sit on the assigned seats in costumer service and charge my battery. After a few minutes (like 2 min.), one of the security staff came to me and yelled at me in an aggressive way that I cannot sit down there while I was exactly in the assigned spot. There were no line-up and it was just us and another lady sitting in an area designated for at least 8 seated people. He impolitely and offensively insisted that we should not sit down there and he was pretty close to hit me. While shocked by this sudden rudeness and as his statement was quite unreasonable and against basic costumer rights, my husband asked for the Manager of the store to resolve the issue. Sadly, not only he didn't resolve the problem and was totally incapable in handling the situation, but also he treated very aggressively and offensively. Shockingly, he promptly disconnected my phone from the power and they pushed us out of the store. Not only were were exposed to frequent verbal harassments and insulting by the store manager and the security staff but also they pushed us to go out without any clear reasons and they did physical harassments, as well. This happened while other customers could freely used that section for charging their mobile phone. As a tourist that cannot speak German, obviously, they tried to bully us and since we could not speak German, they were continuously yelling and insulting us. That was extremely shocking to us and honestly it was for the very first time we were treated like that in a store. I have no idea, maybe this is how you treat your guests in Germany or at Saturn stores, but I've never seen this in any other countries. I already called and emailed the customer service of Saturn, but I have not received any clear response about what actions to be done to correct this. As tourists who came here to visit your country, the least expectation is respect as human being and also as a customer at your store. That was quite shocking and frustrating that we were humiliated and insulted by a store manager without any clear reasons.

Biggest Saturn store I have ever been to, plus the ranges of cds, dvds, blu ray, games, etc. are bigger than the other branches.

A large electronics store where anyone can buy any type of electronic device or an accessory. I would recommend everyone to come and see for yourself and the store's infrastructure is also nice.

I always enjoy visiting this store with it's selection of electrical and media products. There is now a payment section located on the third floor. The music and movie section has a very good range. There is an escalator that allows access from the ground floor up to the top floor where Saturn is located.

Saturn is a well known electronics store but unfortunately there is huge shortage in staff. Electronics needs people to guide and 3xplain some technical points or comparison and all their staff are always busy with many customers. Also they used to have drones in other branches but I couldn't find any. There is shortage in smart watches brands but I guess this is a global issue because semiconductor shortage. May be another Saturn at a less crowded area would give better experience.

Liked it they have varieties of electronic except i tried to find a laptop and they all had a Germany keyboard which did not suit my needs A little bit of diversity could have been of help to me

Amazing service from the Nintendo Department. The employees went above and beyond there duties to help exchange Nintendo Controllers. An employee that hadn't started his shift and was eating his breakfast came to help. Thanks again :)

Was just passing through and was blown away by the myriad items you can choose from! Aside from electronics and games, they also had Lego's!! Bought a bunch and really wanted to stay longer! Will definitely come back the next time im in Frankfurt.

You can buy here everything you want. But this shop needs more consultants.

It's really hard to get someone to come help you with your purchase. Otherwise, the inventory is very good. You will most likely find any electronic item that you are looking for.
