I have been a patient of Dr. Schwarz since moving to Stuttgart Vaihingen in 2015. Despite having to put up with my not perfect German, his staff has always been exceedingly polite and friendly with me. They take the time to explain things I do not know or do not understand. On this most recent visit I was unsure what a Röntgenkontrollbuch is (it is an x-ray log book) and they patiently explained what it is. The doctor and his staff are clear as to what services are included in your health insurance, and for which ones you have to pay extra. This means there are no unpleasant surprises, in the form of bills, later on. Each visit the doctor himself seems to get more and more friendly. You can tell that he is making and effort to improve the patient experience. The staff has been great since the beginning. This time I left the dentist with a big smile on my face, not because I receive any surprisingly good news, but because I had successfully visited a dentist/doctor in Germany and was not made to feel like an idiot; I felt like a valued customer and actually look forward to my next visit.

When I just moved to Germany and my German skills were not good enough to explain myself at doctors, I was very lucky to find the dental office of Dr. Michael Schwarz, where very good English is spoken. This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team is very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. I have had quite a few treatments there and always felt that I was in good hands. The staff is very friendly, respectful, caring and courteous of my time. I have never spent more than 5 minutes in the waiting room! My hygienist Frau Kuttner is absolutely fantastic and of course doctor Herr Waldmüller is awesome! I go to Dr. Timo Knoche in the Schwarz practice. The reception is normally very friendly and I am always promptly greeted with a hygienist. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room. The Dr. and staff do a very thorough job. I hadn't been to the dentist in a few years, so there was a lot to be done. The Dr. took great care to get my teeth and gums back to being healthy. The Dr. and staff help you a lot to form better habits. They are big on preventative care. I've learned about things I had never heard about before (interdental brushes) and I went to the dentist every 6 months until I was 17. It's not cheap, but you get what you pay for. You receive great care and they really do all they can to get your teeth in their best shape.

It is with pleasure that I enter a review for the dental practice of Dr Michael Schwarz. The staff here is always friendly, competent and highly professional. My actual dentist is Dr Timo Knoche and he is an outstanding practitioner. I have had multiple appointments with him and I have always been treated respectfully, in a timely fashion and have been highly satisfied with the quality of the dental services rendered. Additionally Dr Knoche is fluent in English and subsequently I was able to get all of my questions answered, without a language barrier. The location is ideal, just 10 minutes from Patch Barracks and there is adequate and free parking. I highly recommend this practice!

Very happy! Focus is on prevention not just repair. For this the entire team works like a well oiled machine. Very organized and friendly staff explains every step on the way giving peace of mind to patients.
