It is my first appointment here. I am sorry to admit that customer service is something beyond worst ever. I had appointment at 17:30. 45 minutes passed, and I am still waiting. The secretery can not update me about the situation. I would like to mention that they are unfriendly as well. I mean if you can not handle online appointments, just do not do it then. I am diappointed.

I went directly to Alldent & met with Dr. Amira, She treated me well, professionally & diagnosed the problem. 𝐃𝐫. 𝐉𝐚𝐧 𝐇𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐤 extracted my Cavitated teeth and gave me relieve from pain. A special thanks to Dr. Öslen who was really helpful too. I highly recommend people to visit 𝐃𝐫. 𝐀𝐦𝐢𝐫𝐚 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐨𝐮𝐫. You'll not regret.

Amazing experience. I went here for a professional cleaning and it was indeed professional. I can just say great things, especially for Jasmin, who performed cleaning. She was explaining every single step and gave a lot of advices for the teeth hygiene. Apart from being professional, she was very kind. I felt like I know her for years. Keep doing great work. I visited this morning at 7am, really early for an appointment. Jasmin was very welcoming. She did a great job professionally cleaning my teeth. In the past my experience with other dental clinics weren't that great. This place is very open, modern, and welcoming.

I went there as an emergency case as my tooth was aching a lot, they have checked it and advised what needs to be done until I visit my dentist. AllDent is really modern with some high tech equipment inside. I will probably be back for a professional teeth cleaning as I heard all the best about it.

I wanted white teeth so I looked for places with reasonable rates and a place that is not too far. I found AllDent Zahnzentrum to be the solution as it met both of my criterias. I booked an appointment for professional cleaning (as it was required before bleaching my teeth). The process and service was very nice and done professionally. For my bleaching, my Dentist Sally, was very nice and explained everything throughout the process and she also spoke English so I had no problems with understanding. 10/10 would recommend her for future appointments. In terms of price, it was relatively cheaper than the rest of the clinics I researched and I was lucky as I got an appointment on the day they had a discount for teeth bleaching procedure. Overall it costed me 250€ (50+200) for cleaning and bleaching.

I had an periodontitis intervention with Dr. Esther Diez Rozas and Ms. Joudi, and I have only positive things to say. Although I was nervous, I didn't felt anything during and after the intervention, and both Dr. Diez Rozas and Ms. Joudi were really friendly, asking me constantly if everything was alright. I can only encourage people of letting their teeth health in hands of Dr. Diez Rozas and Ms. Joudi!

Visiting friends in Germany from the US, I had a severe dental issue in the evening. We walked in, did the paperwork and after a short wait, were attended by the dentist, Dr. Mohammad. Once she evaluated the problem, she called in her associate, Dr. Kusche, the implant specialist before she left at the end of her shift. Dr. Kusche stayed well over her time to be sure she could do the necessary repair. What seemed like a disaster turned into a wonderful experience being attended by these capable and caring professionals. I can highly recommend this company and these trained professionals.

Great place where they use a state of the art equipment and have all possibilities to take care of your teeth. If you are a new patient, you get an appointment with the checkup - a pretty detailed one, compared to the other dentists (my experience). Then the doctor advises you options for your treatment, highlighting pros and cons of every choice. They are very transparent in terms of prices and you are getting 5 years guarantee for the treatment. I can personally recommend dr Naser - super patient and doing his very best to safe the teeth, even if it means having additional visits to the initial plan. His assistants are also very friendly and proffessional.

That was by far one the most terrible place I have ever gone for taking out my two wisdom teeth . Dr didnt give me antibiotics after that hard and aggresive surgery .i hospitalize in the uni medizin and they cut under my teeth and put a plastic to take out infections .that was a nightmare for me. After my surgery i went to the aldent 4 more times .they couldnt understand what happened to me .my lymph system under my right jaw swallowed and no one responsible. They are horrible horrible and irresponsible. They just gave me a letter to go to the hospital because they cannot do anything there!!!!!!They even dont tell you how you should clean the place after surgery.you should ask them one by one after infection happens to you. Their knowledge about medicin and treatment are awful. 😢😢😢😭😭😭😭my worst memory in my life was going there!!!!!their secratory cannot find your name in their portal. You tell them your name and family name to them but they confuse even if you have an appointment . Their system are awful and i wont suggest to anyone go there!!!!I am new here .if I could know how to do that I ofcourse went to the police and report them..they had to compensate all the damage happened to me mentally and physicly,but unfortunately I dont know how should I do that!!!!!the most awful place I have ever been to...

The prices are great (55€). I had my teeth professionally cleaned by SARAH. She was polite and I made sure that I was comfortable during the entire process. She also explained what was going on and what I should expect to feel during the cleaning. I recommend the Zahnzentrum Mainz especially for professional cleaning, I am yet to have an appointment with a dentist. Went back for a second time for cleaning. This Time SALLY was in charge. She gave me good advice on how to maintain a healthier mouth hygiene. I will be back in 6 months
