I gave this place a 5 based on: Staff was pretty cool (5). Place was very clean (5). Veggie burgers was awesome (5). The cashier asked if I preferred no cheese in case I'm vegan (5). Price was not bad (4).

Calm and isolated place, not too many customers. Price range is just a tad higher than McDonald's, but the food is just way better. The classic Root Beer 🍻 is available in the large glass mugs. Food just has a fresher ate to it.

Once in a while I give in to a craving for some fast food and the only choice that doesn't make me hate myself is A&W. The one on Sherbrooke St. in Westmount is in my neighbourhood and I've been there a few times. The food has always been fresh and well prepared whenever I've eaten there. The interior is very clean and the staff are super friendly, efficient, and courteous. I know it's 'fast food' but in terms of quality and service, I feel it's the best choice for this type of cuisine compared to its competitors and doesn't feel/taste like inferior 'fast food'.

Doors locked, super slow service. They didn't get my toppings correct. They also gave my poutine with zero gravy. it was just fries and cheese.

A very nice restaurant. The staff here care very much about the satisfaction of the customer (unlike Burger King next door) the staff are very helpful and throw in there own thoughts and experiences with that food or drink you are ordering. Best service I have had in months

Great burger and fries and of course their famous Root beer, much better than that "other" burger joint.wish there was one in our town.

I only go because it's open late. Service is awful, the girls don't listen properly to the orders. There's one cook who doesn't know what they're doing. But eh, when you need a burger at 3 am you just deal with it. It must also help that majority of their clientele is drunk.

I hadn't been to A&W in ages. The burgers were awesome, the fries were great and i really liked the seasoned salt. The best part though was the frosty mug of root beer.

Way better than Mc D or BK! I love the Mama Burger! Only going twice or three times a year tough, since I'm not a great Junk Food fan ;-)

Closed on Mondays - coz we only eat 6 days a week!
