Truly an exceptional Inn with a charming host. All 5 rooms are equally beautiful. Unique petite touches everywhere add up to a very memorable stay. The breakfast was over the top. The Inn is nestled in the middle of 4 acres of woods and landscape. A must stay!

We decided to book at Lee Farm Inn to break up the drive back home to Massachusetts from Québec City and are so happy we did! This B&B truly exceeded our expectations in this small town right at the border. The Inn is lovely and well appointed and SPOTLESS, yet comfortable. Laura was a gracious hostess who clearly pays close attention to details. Very soft quality linens and towels, beautiful decor, and nice toiletries. It makes you feel very pampered! Our room was spacious and had everything we needed for a stay. We also took advantage of the sauna and sitting room while we were here which was very relaxing. The gourmet breakfast was fresh and delicious- it was hard to pick a favorite but the warm oven croissant was probably my favorite part as well as the fresh sausage. I would recommend this inn to anyone looking for a little escape, or a quiet place to spend some time. Thank you Laura, for such a memorable stay (and please give Lola a pat for me, she was just the sweetest)!

The Lee Farm Inn is a real gem, from the history of its occupants to its present owners, Laura, Fred and Lola, who are all exceptional hosts. The room was clean and comfortable, the pool a godsend after a long day of travel, and the breakfast a feast! The grounds are extensive with a perch overlooking the river, a swimming pool with kitchen/bar/barbecue/bathroom options nearby, and artwork carved from the remains of towering old trees. The Inn is conveniently located immediately after entering Canada from Route 91 in Vermont. Definitely 5 stars!

This B&B just over the border in Canada is wonderful! Laura and Lola (the labradoodle) and Fred have made a wonderful guest house for all. Thoughtful amenities and constant, but not intrusive attention are the theme here. With a private pool and breakfast made with your taste in mind, you will not do any better.

Amazing, beautiful historical place and great location in the border town of Stanstead. Our room was comfortable, clean, chic and charming. The breakfast was so good. Great place. Laura, the owner makes you feel at home. The pool is heated and the jacuzzi among the trees is great. Good breakfast. It was just perfect. We went with e bikes and they have a place to charge them overnight. It's also dog friendly if you pay a small cleaning fee.

Spend an evening here a few years ago visiting my old home town the Owners , Rooms , and Food was terrific . Also the history is fascinating Dr. Banting of Insulin fame wife once was owner. Highly recommend !

Couldn't be happier with my stay there. It was now my third time at Lee Farms and once again it did not disappoint. The rooms are stunning, and and the outdoor installations allow for an amazing and relaxing experience. The owners were wonderful and helped us discover all that the eastern townships have to offer during our stay. Highly recommend!

The Lee Farm Inn is a great, comfy B&B in a beautiful location in the Eastern Townships. The breakfast was great & the owners were delightful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay during fall foliage!!
