Had the multi-course dinner and breakfast as part of our room booking and really enjoyed the experience. We chose to do dinner after a long day sightseeing in the area, it allowed us to build up our appetite while also dressing up for the evening. The sommelier was very helpful and recommended a wonderful and hearty red Chianti wine from their large wine cellar. We started with an oyster and their crusty bread, then moved on to a mushroom risotto (very tasty) for me and a pasta dish for wife. Next I had the steak while my wife had the lamb, we finished with 2 unique and locally flavoured desserts. We really enjoyed the whole experience, the food was excellent and the service was top-notch. We would love to do it again.

Wow, the view is astonishing, the service is professional, the ingredients are the best, the menu is well chosen, and the food is extremely tasty. It was my first visit but not the last one. I’ll be back for sure. A hidden treasure for a lovely surprise.

From the fantastic and friendly staff to the creative and delicious dishes, every detail has been carefully considered. Beautiful setting and the courses were perfectly spread out- not rushed and not too slow. I had the cannelloni to start, the arctic char as my main and the l'éclair for dessert. Everything was wonderful. Merci to the chef and to the lovely staff. Highly recommend.

You must try the magret de Canard. Never tasted anything this good. The wine selection is simply outstanding. Service impeccable. Thank you for such a nice evening.

Wonderful food, and service! The exterior of the building is absolutely stunning. I as a heritage preservation enthusiast was disappointed with the interior decor. While some historic attributes remain (the fire place, lighting fixtures) they are muted by the interior design decisions seemingly made in the 90's (wall treatment, carpet). I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a delicious meal prepared with attention to every detail.

Great restaurant! Menu provided for lots of diversified choices. The food was tasty, although a tad bit overgenerous on salt. The service was good, though you could tell not all staff member had the same level of experience. Great service from Mohammed & Yohan the sommelier. Excellent wine selection!

You can't get more perfect than Le Hatley. Menu découverte along with the wine pairings was simply divine. Service is of the highest quality and they make you feel like royalty. Worth every penny

Excellent meal with all details attended to. Only prefix available with somewhat limited choices. The presentation was more nouveau-French with small portions. Each course was expertly prepared and the plating was clearly done with care. Lots of service people buzzing around, to include a sommelier. Main challenge was that the wine menu which was on an iPad and switching between types of wine was cumbersome and difficult. Logistically, it was also difficult to physically get to the entry of the restaurant. The property is under construction and navigating to the restaurant was near impossible, even with directions from lot attendant. No clear driveway was identified or available, making it challenging for dropping off those with mobility issues. The staff did accommodate by allowing us to leave our vehicle near the entry point. Hopefully they will put up signage and make a more direct path to the restaurant, for those patronizing the facilities and not staying on-site.

We had cocktails in the library, and dinner at Le tap room. Nice drinks.

Fine dining at an extremely high level. The chef continues to take outstanding ingredients, many of local origin, and, through creativity and expertise, turn them into offerings even more interesting and delicious than you expected, and those expectations were already elevated. An award-worthy wine list and amiable service makes this not just a restaurant, but a destination.

I came here for valentine dinner. The service is excellent the staff is very professional and nice. The food was delicious. I strongly recommand this place.

Great experience and food. After reading some of the negative reviews we weren’t quite sure what to expect. However this restaurant is in our top 3 now. Everything we had was unique and so good. The portions were large and well presented. The service was top notch. The beef was perfectly cooked and so was the veal. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.
