3/5 antony a. 2 years ago on Google
We
both
arrived
at
six
ish.
It
was
dark
and
cold,
but
only
one
room
available,
so
we
booked
it.
The
staff
was
friendly
on
arrival,
helpful
with
an
extra
blanket.
The
room
was
warm
enough,
and
could
be
temperature
adjusted.
The
bed
was
Emperor
size,
so
could
easily
sleep
family
of
four
maybe
five
and
was
fairly
comfortable.
The
worst
design
however,
was
the
box
shaped
wooden
structure
behind
the
bed.
I
bumped
my
head
rather
painfully
on
this
forgetting
it
wasn't
a
proper
headboard.
The
reception
was
sympathetic,
but
I
think
more
than
sympathy
is
required.
The
room
itself
was
clearly
in
need
of
an
urgent
facelift
as
the
fitments
was
coming
away
from
their
platform.
An
example
being
the
tap
on
the
washbasin,
and
a
nail
knocked
into
the
framework
of
the
toilet
door.
I
eventually
found
the
table
lamp
switch
behind
the
lamp
next
morning(tut,tut,tut)
The
free
drinks
might
as
well
not
have
been
there
as
it
takes
three
goes
just
to
get
a
full
cup
which
is
already
very
small.
The
1ltr
bottle
water
wasn't
nice,
and
the
taste
was
terrible.
It's
overcharging
at
€1.50
for
water,
really
poor.
I
suppose
this
is
a
much
older
place
than
the
one
at
Ouistreheim,
France.
We
might
stop
here
again,
but
hopefully
we'll
get
a
far
better
room.
