My stay at the hotel was fantastic and I was greeted at reception with a smile and professionalism. The room I stayed in was cleaned daily and had all the amenities needed for a longer stay. Another plus is the location of the hotel next to Carrefour, Burger King, a fast food restaurant and other commercial establishments, which made it easy for me to choose. I can say that the equivalent of the services and quality you get is many times greater than the price per night.

Very clean and modern room. Close to highway and other major thoroughfares hence a great place to spend the night when travelling to / from Spain. There's a nice grill restaurant and a fast food joint in the same building, so you wont go hungry. Gas station and Carrefour Supermercado are just around the corner.

The place is a bit distance from the cities but it was well connected with buses. Easy access to San Sebastian by bus as an example. Rooms are clean and simple. Bed shower air conditioning and breakfast.

We both arrived at six ish. It was dark and cold, but only one room available, so we booked it. The staff was friendly on arrival, helpful with an extra blanket. The room was warm enough, and could be temperature adjusted. The bed was Emperor size, so could easily sleep family of four maybe five and was fairly comfortable. The worst design however, was the box shaped wooden structure behind the bed. I bumped my head rather painfully on this forgetting it wasn't a proper headboard. The reception was sympathetic, but I think more than sympathy is required. The room itself was clearly in need of an urgent facelift as the fitments was coming away from their platform. An example being the tap on the washbasin, and a nail knocked into the framework of the toilet door. I eventually found the table lamp switch behind the lamp next morning(tut,tut,tut) The free drinks might as well not have been there as it takes three goes just to get a full cup which is already very small. The 1ltr bottle water wasn't nice, and the taste was terrible. It's overcharging at €1.50 for water, really poor. I suppose this is a much older place than the one at Ouistreheim, France. We might stop here again, but hopefully we'll get a far better room.

Great option for those traveling through Europe. Near the highway, free parking in front of the hotel, nice room, free coffee. Overall, great value for money.

Room was clean but the hotel was not. The breakfast was very short serviced and a bit disgusting to be honest. Staff was nice and tried to help but you can see they are overworked.

The first room reeked of tobacco smoke,so I asked for another one. The second bedroom had no window, just a skylight in the ceiling, it was very claustrophobic. There wasn't any water bottle, coffee or tea in the room. Uninteresting TV channels.

Poor servise. Rude reception personal Who asks for additional money, but can't ģimenes reasonal arguments why they ask for money.

Everything as expected, perfect place to stay for a short trip.

Hotel area isnt great; right next to the high way. Its 15min drive from downtown san sebastian. Room is clean but "used." Stains and smudges on walls and curtains. Curtains hang loose. Ambiance in lobby isnt great; looks like a hangout place where people eat their burger King (bk is next door.) However, price is pretty cheap so you get what you pay for (lets be honest ;) ). Place is just fine if you're travelling and arent too high maintenance.

Cute modern hotel with friendly staff but the rooms don't have blankets and have some issues with outlets and some hardware falling off. Other than that the colored lighting in the rooms is cool and it was a decent experience.

Fantastic room. Very comfortable and spacious. Reception service is excellent. Nice breakfast. Great Wifi. Local buses run regularly and can get you to/from San Sebastian in 25 minutes. The local town centre is a 12 minute walk from the hotel.

We had two suites - lovely, spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. The only point to improve would be to have a mini-bar and tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. We would have happily paid a small fee or a deposit to have those things in the room, particularly in the current COVID environment. The only other thing that would have been nice was for the reception to have some european travel plugs, which again, often requires a small fee or deposit which I would have been happy to pay. But apart from these small 'service' issues, the rooms were excellent.

Nice B&B to spend the night when on the travel. Has a Burger King on one side and buffet restaurant on the other, both with a 10% discount if you present your room card, so check in first.

Honestly for the price, the fact that it accepts dogs, the staff are very kind and the beds are comfortable; it is a great place to stay. Unfortunately, our showerhead was leaking and the wifi was extremely slow in (Room 102). Still worth the stay, and everything was clean!

Very good value for the price. Spacious room, very clean and comfortable. Staff very nice. Next to buffet restaurant, Burger King and Carrefour shopping center. Free parking outside, but possible to park safely in underground parking for 7 € a night

I stayed 11 nights and we had a wonderful time. We were welcomed by Lierni, she was very helpful and patient with our questions about transport and services at the hotel and nearby. The room was clean and very convenient for 3 persons.

If you do not have a security deposit of 100 euros or credit card details to hand over to the staff, you will not be able to see the room. Information about the deposit cannot be found on the website or on any sign. As soon as it is asked if it is possible to present any written official paper where the security deposit or card data are NOT available! If the deposit or card details are not given, then you are kicked out immediately.
