Good value for money. But my bed was a little dirty and smelt like a sweaty guy who just finished intensive workout. My skin felt itchy because of the bedsheet and I couldn't fall asleep. Would have given 5 stars if the bed had been cleaner.

Located in a great area with interesting sights, restaurants, and shops near subway stations. Showers are located in the basement with washer/dryers away from sleeping quarters. Dormitories are secure with electronic combinations. My bed and several others were missing the bottom mattress so it was difficult sleeping. Fixed it myself and notified staff which are friendly. 6 floors total with top floor a common room with elevator provide ease of access with even a working TV with Netflix.

Friendly & approachable staff. They let us IN as early as 2 hours before 4 pm check in. Family room was good for an affordable price. Shared toilet with other guests in the 2nd floor. Shower room is in the basement. Shampoo, conditioner & body wash are free. Towels for 200¥ if you want to borrow. Nearest station: A 4-minute walk from Tawaramachi Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line 7 minutes on foot from Asakusa Station on the Toei Asakusa Line 5-minute walk from Kuramae Station on the Toei Asakusa Line and Toei Oedo Line

Good value double room that is actually a dkible-twin king bed. Blanket was too small for thid unfortunately. Staff we met were courteous and helpful. Showers and washroom clean, though you may have to go up or down a floor for it.

One of my favorite hostels, ever. Staying here for 4 nights and last night was awesome. The staff are friendly, the place is super clean, and the location is fantastic. I really like the beds, you will not have any typical creaky hostel beds here. The bedrooms are clean, the bathrooms are incredible (heated toilet seats, they're spoiling me!), and the view from the roof is incredible. You can rent a towel for 200y, very reasonable. The showers are fantastic, best hostel shower I've ever had. Cons: no bag lockers but they're considering adding them. That being said, I feel really safe about leaving my stuff and there are small locked drawers in the beds that fit all my valuables and passport.

Location is great, walking distance to 3 different subway station. It's also located in the quieter part of Asakusa. Walking distance to Sensoji temple. Although they're fully booked everyday, the hostel was clean. There's sufficient toilets and shower rooms and I never have to wait to use one. There's also a great view of Skytree at the top floor. One of the male staff (the one with longer hair), I'm sorry I didn't get his name but he was working the day shift when I check in on November 3 and the night shift on November 5 was very friendly and hospitable.

the best hostel I stayed in. Air con was great The beds were really good too . They had covers which made it easy to sleep and also gives more privacy Friendly staff at the desk always helped me get around Umbrellas are provided . And their self service washing machines did not ruin my clothes will be staying here for future visits . My biggest complaint is they need to have CCTV cameras where there is lockers as I had mine broken into and password changed by another guest ( reported to staff but nothing could be done as no cameras )

Best for the practical traveler. Clean and comfy. Has sleeping and bathing amenities. Proximity is close to the tourist shopping and dining district. English speaking staff.

Actually comfortable. Location may be a little ways out from stuff but there are some nice little cafe locations around. Real quite too so no major noise outside. Over all I think I would reserve too. They also offer pocket wifi if you didn't happen to get one at airport. There is a fee of course.

Had a really great stay in this hostel/capsule hotel. I booked a bunk in a 8-person all-female dorm. Check in was friendly and convenient, the front desk staff speaks fluent English and all documentation/rules are in English. The check in desk is manned from 7AM to 11PM. The bunk was private with a enclosed half wall and drape, was appropriately-sized (about 5.5ft long and plenty of room to roll around) and had a mirror, built-in wall lamp, a long shelf and two hangers. Top bunk uses a sturdy ladder to climb up. No talking in the room and my roommates and I all treated each other like we were all invisible, completely private and unintrusive. I’m a light sleeper, so I used earplugs to block out any noises of rustling paper, coughing, light snoring and it was perfect. There is a shared bathroom on each floor with three fully private stalls and two sinks, as well as eight fully enclosed shower rooms on the basement floor. There are two washer/dryers in the basement, 300 yen to wash, 100yen for 30 min of dryer. A single pod of detergent is 100yen at the front desk. Towels are also rented at 200yen for one towel during your stay. There is a small rooftop indoor-outdoor lounge on the 6th floor with a microwave, shared fridge and plenty of tables and seating. The entire facility was very clean and I saw people cleaning all public spaces, showers, bathrooms on a daily basis. On the day of check out, they will storage luggage for you free of charge as long as you wish for the day.

I really enjoyed my stay here! My only complaints are of the other guests and their habits/lack of courtesy. The location is perfect. It's really close to Senso-ji and the main commercial part of Asakusa, and it is an easy walk to the Sumida River and Tokyo Skytree. There are a lot of transport options around, too, and it's in a quiet residential area. The staff were all really kind, and everything was kept clean (but sometimes things were iffy, and I point my finger at the other guests for that.) I stayed on the 4th Floor which was women only, and that floor has toilets. Showers were in the basement with laundry. I found that with the dryer, 30 minutes was not enough to dry most of my clothes, so it's a low heat that doesn't damage them. There's no water temperature option for the washer. It washes warm.

It was an excellent place to stay. Very clean and the best showers in Japan. Was quite and loved the balcony with a view of the Tokyo Skytree. Very friendly staff. You can also get anywhere the city very easily.

Really, really nice hostel. You have a nice air conditioned room with 8 bunks (some may have less?). The beds are comfortable, however an extra pillow would be perfect and a fan inside each just for more airflow and white noise; it can be super quiet in the room, so you can hear everyone’s movements. The bathrooms are spotless. The toilets are on the same floor as the rooms. Each one has a fancy bidet and a couple sinks. The bottom floor is the shower area and wow, super clean and very impressive. They provide top notch shampoo, conditioner and body wash in each shower. The staff was very friendly as well. Very helpful and let me stay for a few hours longer (500 yen per hour). I highly recommend this hostel!

There are limitations to the format itself, but shower room, toilets, common floor — everything was at its best. The capsules themselves are big enough that you won't feel restrained and even can put your belongings with you. It felt like the best place a capsule hotel can be.

Very nice hostel in proximity to many sights. We stayed in the double bedroom on the 3rd floor. The shared toilet is around the corner on the same floor. The shared bathroom is in the basement. Everything was very clean and functional, although very cramped, which is probably normal for Tokyo.

An okay hostel for one night. Wasn't a huge fan of the urinals in the unisex toilets nor how small the hostel rooms are (I know it's Tokyo). Roof view was very nice but kitchen amenities were lacking.

Stayed in their private room for 6 (3 bunks) for our last night in Japan and it was great. Price was great for what you get. One thing to note is that this is a shared hostel so a majority of the rooms they offer are capsule like beds that are in shared rooms with other people. Facilities are also shared even if you book one of their private rooms so keep that in mind. Staff are extremely friendly and speaks fluent English, would definitely come back here again!

Great hostel with grest facilities and friendly staff. A well equiped hostel kitchen and common room. Very clean bathroom and toilets. Was a pleasure to stay here for 6 nights. Would reccomend. Walking distance to a subway line which can connect you to anywhere in tokyo.

Service was good, location close to the main road aswell, everything was clean, most things are fantastic. Only problem was the layout to the rooms. Everything is pretty squished, not much space for luggage in dorms, and the showers are all on different floors which is a bit annoying

We stayed in a double room. Overall nice hotel, new interior, new furniture, nice shared showers and bathrooms, but maaaan, is it dirty! Seems like no one ever vacuumed a rug in the room since it was bought and no one bothers to sweep the corners, changing areas in the shower or corridors. They had cloth slippers in the room which looked like someone wore them for months - dirty and shapeless. Also, towels are provided only for a fee - way to nickel and dime guests. However, they had a decent kitchen and it would be a very nice cheap place to stay if only they knew how to use a vacuum. Oh, and an exit sign in the room is super bright and you can hear everyone in the hallway. Still, it's cheap and pretty much in the center of the city, very close to Asakusa temples and shopping street. If I ever stay there again, I'm bringing my own slippers.

The beds are good, I would say above any hostel and the shower room are also CLEAN. A lot of hostel would have being filled with someone's body smell BUT NOT IN HERE. This is great as well! They even provide free umbrella at the gate that saved me!!! Very thankful for that. /NEGATIVE Both the two nights I stayed I was disturbed by the annoying guest for managing their stuffs in the morning of 7 AM! Such price of nearly ¥2,000 per night deserve some towels and tooth brush set for free. My bunk only got 1 plug only, bad if you have other devices. (other hostel would at least have 1 plug 1 USB but not here) I paid a bit more than average hotels in the hope of getting better staying experience, BUT I couldn't get that. (I've stayed in other hotels with more staying quality in terms of quietness)

Great place for a price while not compromising comfortability, cool ambience and maybe a would do a little better on customer service and cleanliness, overall a 4 star.
