I am from Maryland and wanted to have something unique here. Thanks to a local friend’s recommendation, we tried the fried pork and the Legume, which were fantastic. I was afraid it may be too exotic for me but they were superb. To be honest, the foods on the menu and the drinks were unfamiliar to me, but the fried pork that I tried in particular was crispy outside and tender inside, which was perfectly cooked. The server (she may be an owner given her passion) was above and beyond, which made the experience extra special. I am very pleasant about the foods and overall experience, and I highly recommend to both local people and tourists! Hope their business thrives 👍

The food is AMAZING! Very flavorful. We got the griot and rice and peas. The griot was meaty and the rice was perfect. Loved the pickliz too. The music was a nice touch. We'll be back!

Visiting from Tampa and had the taste for some Haitian cuisine, so my girlfriend recommended this restaurant. When I say good food, I mean gooood food, the portion was well worth, we both had the whole fried fish which was bursting with flavor and that sauce that was on the side along with the pikliz was lip smacking good. Bernadette and her daughters especially Bianca was very sweet and hospitable. Definitely would recommend this restaurant if you enjoy some good ole authentic Haitian cuisine. Don’t forget to grab a pecos/cocoye, it’s like their version of a Italian ice. I had the passion fruit flavor which scored a home run! Visit them if you are ever in the south Florida area!!

Found this gem through the Hungry Black Man blog. He claimed it was the best of 88 Haitian restaurants that he's visited all over Florida. We agree! I took my Haitian parents and husband. Not only was the food perfectly prepared, the service was exceptional. I wish it was closer to my parents home in Fort Lauderdale, but whenever we visit FL it's a easy drive from the airport. We'll be back!

Born and raised in Haiti, I can say that this place is very nice and that the food meets the decor in terms of flavor profile. I like the Turkey "en sauce" and and they make "maïs moulin blanc" on Mondays which I am addicted to. Clean establishment and they have put thoughts and efforts in capturing a true Haitian vibe. By the way, I had to buy a whole fish (red snapper) to fly back to Dallas with it! We need one for sure in Dallas!

My first time visiting and I must say customer service was on point! They made us feel welcomed and valued! Most Haitian restaurants aren’t as friendly but this one here was exceptional! Special thanks to the two young ladies that catered to us Bernadette and Michelle♥️(sorry if I misspelled your names🫣)I had a turkey and brought a fried goat for my friend and food was great! Keep up the great work and I’ll definitely be back with the family🥰

It was an absolute pleasure coming here for lunch. We went down to Hard Rock Stadium and on our way home wanted some Haitian food. Everything about this restaurant was amazing, the esthetic was great, the service was top notch, and the food was next level. If you are ever in the area this is the Haitian restaurant that needs to be on your bucket list. Thank you guys for the amazing hospitality and for sending us home like stuffed pigs.

Absolutely disgusting. I come on a trip from Massachusetts and they would never serve overnight spoiled food. By a few minutes of bringing the food back to the hotel it smelled like the food was spoiling. Not cool im haitian and this wasnt it....these people had overnight fried plaintains that was soft not fresh n crunchy. They were way to big to not be fresh.....the lady in the front serving with her child was very unprofessional...i told her the 12 dollar plate and she said yes its 12 dollars with tax...duahhhh theres tax everywhere like i wouldnt be able to pay...overall the sauce turkey and chicken my mother and son got was spicy and never was told that it was spicy...38 dollars down the drain....worst haitian restaurant experience EVER....dont ever give someone overnight food especially under these heat conditions we can get sick

This restaurant is the best Haitian restaurant I have ever been to. The food was amazing. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner Bernadette. She is a beautiful soul, very warm and kind. If you are ever in south Florida (Miramar area) and looking for an authentic Haitian restaurant look no further. It will leave you wanting more.

We went here with my whole family - 8 adults and 4 kids. It was all around fantastic. The food was delicious and service was great. Our favorite dish was the fried fish (red snapper). Also the beans were so good! We will be returning next time we are near!

We were looking for someplace different to eat today and found this lovely place! We ordered the goat, pork, and chicken dishes which came with rice and plantains(similar to tostones). The meats were all super tender, and the portions were generous. The brown rice with beans was incredible! What really impressed us was how the owner brought us the beautifully plated food on a cart. The place is super clean and welcoming. We will return.

This beautiful restaurant did not disappoint when I visited it with a few friends while in Miami. Excellent atmosphere with delectable Haitian cuisine. Service was superb, something that is hard to find at a "Restaurant Ayisyen". The restaurant staff did an excellent job. My friends were Peruvians and P.R, and they loved the place. If you're in Miami or the surrounding areas, I highly recommend checking out this restaurant.

First and last time here. I had heard wonderful things about this place and the day that me and my husband decided to try out. We was very disappointed! He ordered the fried turkey dinner which was fried hard ( we did ask twice to Fry soft) and I had the fried griot which was fried too hard and the black rice was on a lil dry .food looks delicious but was terrible!

Amazing Haitian food in a very clean and welcoming atmosphere. Among the best spots for Caribbean in South Florida. If you have yet to try Haitian food I would recommend this place above all. The staff are friendly and the restaurant itself is pretty and showcases unique Haitian art and music.
