LuLu’s was so much fun! Pro tip - get on the limited reservations for the day, we got right in at our reservation time but heard some people say their wait time was almost 2 hours! The atmosphere is amazing, the live music was my favorite. Kids can feed the fish, play in the sand, play bean bags, get henna tattoos & visit the arcade while you wait. There’s also a gift shop full of accessories, shirts, cups & more. Do yourself a favor & get the key lime freeze, SO GOOD! We had a shrimp po boy, oysters & blackened shrimp. All were really good! Our 3 year old loved LuLu’s and we will definitely be back.

Tried this place on a whim and we were so glad we did. They have an arcade and a gift shop with a large variety of items while you wait for a table and a great place for the kids to play in the sand while you wait for your food. As for our food everything we ate was so good. They even had live music, we will definitely be back!

OK, let me start off by saying this place is really amazing and we absolutely loved it here but some of the hostess weren’t the greatest and we literally waited TWO HOURS exactly before we got seated. Don’t get me wrong. I understand that a lot of tourists come to this place, but for it to take THAT long, it’s just a little ridiculous in my opinion. Especially when it’s severely hot outside and you’re just sitting there sweating to death waiting to be seated. I believe the issue is that once people are seated they love being there and don’t want to leave, even after they are finished eating, because they have a full backyard sand area that you can play corn hole in and feed the fish and even get your hair wrapped, it is definitely a fun time!! But that’s if you can get seated. I wish they had something in place that once you are done eating, you had to get up from your table & then if they had seating in the sand for people to hangout at or something of that nature…..I wish management would take note of this suggestion because it would make everything run a lot more smoothly & the hostesses wouldn’t get cranky with people asking over & over again where they are at in the line of being seated. You could’ve probably got seated a lot quicker if you can sit at the bar or bar height tables but when you have a mother in a wheelchair that’s just not an option. The food was awesome! The kids had a blast playing in the arcade and playing corn hole plus feeding the fish in the backyard sand place that they have and it is definitely a spot to hang out at and enjoy the ocean view. Plus the atmosphere is freaking amazing!! Just beware that if you think you’re gonna go in at 5 o’clock and be seated right away, your sorely mistaken, and probably will have to wait two hours. They don’t take reservations, so just make sure you get there early enough. Hopefully I can save someone else with this review to not have to wait two hours

Loved this location. We have the same back home, but the atmosphere and feel is amazing here. Right on the bay and perfect for a sunset. We sat at the bar area and avoided the long wait line. Bartenders were working hard at these conditions, hopefully the mgmt can recognize them.

We enjoyed Lulu’s very much. Food was well seasoned and hot. The view was wonderful. There is a sand area for kids to play and a little gift shop. There was a stage which means they must play live music from time to time. The service was great and atmosphere was good. It is a very nice experience .

Food was delicious and the view made the experience even better! After eating we explored the outdoor area and played cornhole for who knows how long lol. They had live music too! Great overall experience!

Love it here and when we come back to Destin we will come back. Recommend doing an online reservation a couple days before you plan to ear there. They are very busy. Love eating on the water - very nice atmosphere. I am gluten free and the waitress had the manager take my order on a red order form, so that was nice and reassuring that my order would be taken care of correctly. Food came out fast considering how crowded they were too. Bar was nice, kids played a little in the arcade and the store has super cute things too. We will return.

Gumbo was like and old pot of burnt okra. I asked the server where the seafood in the seafood gumbo was. He came back with paper boat of sautéed shrimp for me to add to the cup I guess. Wife's fried oyster dinner came out cold and they replaced that as well. For $32.00 you get a lot of fries and a few oysters. Also ordered the smoked tuna dip but it should be called the raw onion dip. No flavor except for raw onion. I sent a message on their website rather than here but after 2 weeks I never heard from them. Disappointed because it could be so much better. Great location but food is very mediocre. Update: the manager reached out to apologize about my experience and was sincerely concerned the quality issues. We will go back and try again
