because
I
usually
go
to
other
Bosley’s
and
usually
have
a
good
experience
and
love
the
dog
washes.
The
low
rating
is
because
the
employees
were
very
stand
offish
towards
me
for
some
reason
but
noticeably
friendly
towards
other
customers.
From
the
time
I
walked
in,
they
didn’t
even
make
eye
contact,
no
hello,
no
nothing,
I
had
to
get
someone’s
attention
and
ask
if
the
dog
wash
was
available
and
I
did
so
with
a
smile
but
it
most
definitely
was
not
reciprocated.
And
again
no
hello
or
anything,
just
a
flat
yes
and
literally
walked
away
from
me
and
didn’t
offer
any
other
information.
I
had
to
figure
out
which
bath
to
use
and
I
noticed
that
one
was
deeper
so
for
big
dogs
and
the
other
more
suitable
for
small
dogs,
and
where
the
shampoo
and
conditioner
was,
and
whether
it
was
already
watered
down
or
not.
Another
reason
for
the
low
rating
at
this
particular
location
was
that
the
dryer
nozzle
kept
falling
off
but
again,
the
employees
didn’t
care
so
no
point
in
telling
them.
Even
when
paying,
just
the
most
stand
offish
attitude
when
asking
if
I
have
a
phone
number
and
method
of
payment.
They
were
very
nice
and
talkative
to
pretty
much
everyone
else
that
came
in
but
didn’t
even
offer
a
hello
or
how
was
everything
to
me.
