This is what they served us in the drive thru. Egg and cheese sandwich. Absolutely disgusting. Turned the car around and returned to show them and they act like I’m the bad guy. Come on A&W. that is not fit to feed anyone! Step up your game!

Went this evening, around 6:30pm. Ordered 3 whistle dogs - no relish on all & 1 (3)piece chicken strip. Order: wait time, approx 10 minutes. Food - chicken strips, no issues 1 whistle dog has relish 1 whistle dog the bun literally has a bite taken out of it All hot dogs undercooked. I will say, the young man working the drive through was very pleasant. However once we got home with our food I was overall extremely unimpressed. Yes I understand it’s a Friday evening. Dinner rush, 5 cars parked & waiting for food. However that should not effect the quality of food. Overall, disappointed in the quality of food.

DISGUSTING!! ORDERED A BURGER WITH NO ONIONS, CAME WITH ONIONS. NO BIG DEAL, TOOK IT BACK TO THE COUNTER AND ASKED FOR ANOTHER ONE WITHOUT ONIONS. I COULD SEE THE WOMAN NAMED APRIL OPEN IT UP, DIG HER FINGERS INTO IT AND SCRAPE OUT THE ONIONS, CLOSE IT BACK UP, RE-WRAP AND SENT IT BACK TO THE FRONT TO SERVE TO ME. MANAGER ERIC DIDNT SEEM TO CARE, SAID IT NEVER HAPPENED, AND DIDNT HAVE THE NUMBER FOR CORPORATE. STAY AWAY!!!!

Waited ten minutes with burgers on the rack while they tried to figure out how to make an onion ring. Everything was cold, including the coffee (which was barely stronger than water). A previous reviewer was right -- go to McDonald's! Better food and better service!

The most friendly service I have ever experienced at an A&W. Our service provider was amazing, so friendly and kind. Very happy. Our vegan burgers and onion rings were also really good 😊 thanks

We went from drive thru I mentioned i need beyond meat with spicy habanero sauce instead of mustard and ketchup don’t know how hard it is for them to understand they messed my burger and almost took 10 minutes on window just for waiting my order . A&w never works like that , hope they need proper training for drive thru.

Three times in a row they forgot items. Unbelievable. Maybe hire someone with an IQ higher than their age! Never going back. Also found a hair in my fries, disgusting.

Great tasting burgers and fries were fresh enough. I tried the smoothie. Cup was only 3/4 full and mostly ice. Stick to the root beer

Lovely clean spot, food was great! The kid that took my order was polite and respectful. I wish I could have said the same about his older female coworker. She did nothing except complain about "working with kids" loudly, to nobody in particular. She even attempted (unsucessfuly thank god) to berate him in front of the patrons for something that was clearly inconsequential. Don't listen to that old bag, kid.

I want to give a shoutout to the staff working today at 330 ish PM. The lady and the gentleman were very kind, attentive, and fun. Food came out looking fresh and great.

This Westbank BC location is exceptionally clean. The food is tasty and I love the coffee! Food service is fast with the counter people being AMAZING!

Had the new frosted root beer way to sugary for me, but the onion rings were hot and delicious 😋

The experience was fantastic. I always love A&W breakfast as my money is really worth it. This branch is not too busy but still manage my expectations. My food was served hot and fresh with the fastest time possible. The egg was perfectly cooked as I wanted to. My toast is good as well. Although the plating could be improve coz at first I had to find my bacon only to see it beneath the hasbrown and eggs. The tables 50% occupied but I manage to find a place to sit in. The store is generally clean and well maintained in my opinion. Just a little suggestion, maybe you could work on giving your employees more presentable uniforms as some looks lousy coz their shirt looks too big for them.

Drive thru slow and have to park everytime. Cold food and not even any good.

It is usually full of older people, but it is still enjoyable for dining. Food Is good, service as well.
