Incredible service: had my 3DS with me and I barely had time to finish the Dungeon in my game before Gavin said I'm good to go. They checked everything (from brake fluid, to filters and spark plugs), changed my oil, and installed a free set of wiper blades. One of the most positive automotive maintenance experiences I've ever had. The whole team is happy and friendly and I even though I'm used to changing my own oils, I might just switch to coming here regularly be a use of how incredibly easy they make it!

Never having been to an oil shop like this before, I am so glad this was where I decided to go. Lucas was not only efficient and thorough with my oil change and overall check over itself, but he communicated through the whole process options, prices, what was being looked at and done. I was genuinely surprised when he mentioned he was a newer employee there as he moved around that shop like he had been there for years. I am actually looking forward to being back and never having to deal with other service shops or dealerships for anything these gentlemen can handle! The whole team working was quite impressive.

I got all my fluids topped up, windshield wipers and cabin air filter changed with no extra product cost and the same as Canadian Tire without the hassle of booking the apt but still the same product quality. It could not have been easier. They are professional, fast, knowledgable and friendly with even extra complimentary tips to help me figure out my interior cabin lighting in my new car. I had a great experience getting my oil changed here. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable, they made me feel welcome. I had a couple of air filters changed and they topped my tires. Definitely a 5-star customer service experience.

Gavin and his team were friendly and extremely efficient in servicing my car. Super open honest and transparent when I went in for an oil change. No added or hidden fees/costs. Being not well versed in automotive things I definitely felt comfortable and it was a great experience! Adjusted my tire pressure without even asking to be done, checked wipers too for no added cost. I could tell they really cared and took pride in their work, and as they should- they rock! I couldn’t recommend more and will always be going back here for any future applicable needs. I very much dislike going anywhere to get anything for my car because as a woman you get easily taken advantage of. First time I came to GCOC, I got amazing service and no extra gimmicks. Everything was done in a timely fashion, respectful towards me as well as within the team. 2nd time I came, I received great service as well. They give you their honest opinions and don't charge extra for unnecessary things. We got offered water while waiting in the heat and an apple juice for my son! Like WOW! You guys raised my confidence to take better care of my car! I appreciate it so very much!!

They were short staffed on the day I went. A little bit longer of a wait because of this, but they made up for it with their amazing customer service! They even noticed my skid plate was broken and replace it for free! Definitely going to be a returning customer!

I've been to this business a number of times and each time I've received the same exceptional courteous service no matter who I was serviced by. Gavin gave good professional service this time around for me. I came for an oil change and he provided knowledgeable advice on other maintenance factors such as fluid levels and air filters that may need attention at some point. I felt no pressure or fear mongering that I was 'being sold' on something that I didn't need at the time and the decision was left up to me after my own observation of oil and filters. He also provided past history of maintenance work on my vehicle, via CarFax, which was convenient for me as I had just purchased the used vehicle within the past year and it was helpful for me to view past history to make an additional assessment. As I waited for my oil change I heard other employees offer the same consistent exceptional service to the person in the next bay to me. Well done. "I'll be back"

I was on a road trip and needed an oil change before making it home to my regular mechanic. These guys on Harvey Avenue are a great team. Gavin was the lead on my oil change and explained everything in detail. They work well together and are very professional. I have never been to a quick oil change garage before but I would definitely go back to this one!!! They checked all my fluids and tire pressure. Very efficient!! Thank you.

As always fantastic service from the guys at Harvey/Spall location. They are hardworking, friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough with their maintenance check. I was very thankful to find they would swap out my newly purchased battery. When I went to pay I realized I had forgotten to bring my oil change coupon they had mailed me. I was delighted they were able to look it up & honor it. Love the excellent service at this place!
