    I have used Dawn's online platform several times over the last 3 years and find her videos fun and extremely helpful. Her cueing is excellent ... so good that is feels like she is in the room with me. I highly recommend her program.

    Dawn is a miracle worker (in my opinion). I came in with a very sore & tight lower back. Dawn, gave me some simple stretches & exercises to work on at home and within 3 weeks I was back to 90% of my normal. It’s great to be able to participate in your own recovery. Thanks Dawn. Edit: I am now able to lift humans above my head with my incredible cheer team at Okanagan Firestorm Cheerleading. Feeling pretty strong for a 48 year old :)

    Dawn is Straight Up Awesomeness!! She has an amazing ability of story telling while focusing on what your body needs. How to get you and your body to a point of ultimate core strength and quicker recovery.

    I noticed a big difference after doing the exercises Dawn gave me in just a few weeks. I specifically wanted help with my inner core and pelvic floor and wasn’t sure what exercises would help with this. Dawn gave me a thorough assessment, ongoing support, and has given me a number of different exercises appropriate to my level that I can regularly incorporate in my exercise routine. Working with Dawn was a great experience and I highly recommend Simply Core Fit.

    Dawn has been an absolute dream to work with! She is incredibly knowledgeable, supportive and has helped with my mobility. Coming back from an injury, it can be intimidating to perform some exercises again. She has helped give me confidence in doing things again and her energy makes working out enjoyable. Further, she actually explains why we do what we’re doing. Would most definitely recommend! Thank you Dawn!

    I have been working out five days a week for seven months now. I went to a pop-up core class a few nights ago. My core was ignited more in less than an hour than any workouts I’ve done. The way you make us focus on engaging our core worked muscles I didn’t know I had. Yesterday was painful in all the right ways. I can’t wait until your next pop-up!! You have an amazing understanding of the human body and your energy and sense of humour is a joy to be around. Thanks Dawn 🙏❤️🙏

    My daughter did some core training with Dawn to help with her gymnastics. It did more than improve her performance. It boosted her confidence and eliminated those lingering back and hip issues too! Great job

    Dawn was great. She made the time to connect with every person in our class, and gave us extra content, like videos and workouts we could do at home for free. You can tell she is super passionate about her profession and the work she does. I would 100% take one of her classes again :)

    I just completed Dawn's SimplyCore Fit 10 week program and it surpassed my expectations on so many levels! First of all, my SI joint issues caused mainly by aging are now 100% managed. Miraculously, my knee pain has improved too - and that was completely an unintended benefit from performing the core exercises consistently and diligently...just like she told us to! As someone who completed an Ironman almost 20 years ago, I'm no stranger to hard work, but like many of us, my athletic pursuits have taken a back seat to everything else in life. Dawn helped me focus on taking back some of what I had before with precise, focused and careful work. I highly recommend consulting Dawn for any physical aches & pains you (or anyone who likes to be active) might encounter.

    Dawn worked with my 13 year old competitive gymnast daughter. Dawn helped identify her strengths and weaknesses and provided a simple, customized, and sport specific conditioning program for her. Her expertise is plain to see and I highly recommend her to anyone pursuing any kind of athletic pursuit. After watching her with a young, fit and capable athlete, I'm looking forward to personally working with her to help regain strength I've lost as as I've aged and become a less athletic working parent. I know she'll identify a program that is as effective as it is efficient. Can't wait!

    Dawn is an amazing trainer. She’s a wealth of knowledge and her passion is undeniable. She’s very encouraging and never fails to offer support. No matter what problem I have encountered, she’s eager and prepared with solutions. She’s even zoomed a session with my kids to evaluate their core strength as dancers in an effort to prevent injuries before they have a chance to happen. She’s the best!

    I had 3 bulging discs and level 10 back pain. Always feeling held back, moving gingerly. It was detrimental to all of my triathlon training; I tried to switch to pure running, tried stretching, physio, etc. Nothing really helped. Within 1 Month of Online Training, Dawn has me in a place that I could manage my pain and return to training. Within 3 Months my back was pain-free. I'm back to being able to train and work comfortably, and if any niggles crop up, I now know how to manage and nip issues in the bud. It's no exaggeration that this program was life changing for me.

    I was in a car accident and initially saw a different Kinesiologist who did not listen to me and unfortunately made my pain and symptoms much worse. My physio referred me to Dawn and she not only fixed me physically, but with her expertise and knowledge she has made a huge difference in my life. Dawn’s enthusiasm and dynamic personality has made sessions enjoyable and I highly recommend Dawn to everyone! Come on Kelowna give Dawn a call! 5 stars from me!

    I had excruciating back pain, on and off, for 3 years. Within one month of regular visits with Dawn I was off my medication and within 2-3 months I was hiking again. She was able to recognize what I was doing wrong and reset my body with core exercises. Her expertise is above and beyond ! Thank you

    I've been working with Dawn for a couple months now and she has helped me so much! I've had chronic back and neck issues for over 10 years and i've been to multiple physio therapists, chiropractors, massage therapists and others trying to resolve my issues with nothing helping in the long term. From my first appointment i knew Dawn's approach was a game changer. Dawn has educated me on how important proper core training is and how to implement exercises into my daily life to make sure it's working properly. Since i've been doing these exercises i've had no issues with my back or neck. I have been to some of her classes as well as one on one and both are excellent. I've never done most of the exercises that she has you do, and i wish i had known about them years ago. Dawn is amazing, on top of her extensive knowledge of the body she is so friendly and has great energy. Book a session with Dawn, you won't regret it!

    Dawn is fantastic. She really takes the time to explain not only how to do the exercises but why they are important. I went to her to help after child birth and she did a comprehensive assessment before giving me a tailor-made exercise regime fit for my current level. Can't recommend her enough.
