Come on guys this is unacceptable. If you want to save your food cost that does not mean you should add only this much whipp topping. Earlier this store was so good as it was in the hands of previous owner where mostly the workers were from white ethnicity. They were so good at making drinks but I visited today found no one from white community working there. Please brown onwers i am alao brown but don’t use your greedy minds here. Either follow the rules or leave the restaurant.

My Second Review (April 2023): This location is not too far from where I live. My daughter wanted lunch and she loves the hamburgers from Dairy Queen. I really didn’t wanna go back, but I decided to give it another try. Once again, I witness the cook touching his face and putting his fingers through his hair numerous times before he began making my daughters burger. I took a picture for proof. I didn’t want to take a picture — but this is the second time this has happened! This time, I told the cook to stop the order. I said, “you need to be wearing gloves”. He responded, “we aren’t supposed to wear gloves.” I looked at the young lady on the register and told her I’d like my money back. Not for the ice cream, but for the burger I ordered. I asked her, “would you eat the burger knowing he touched his face?” She said, “no. I understand.” This is crazy. Nobody wants food that is made by somebody who’s not wearing gloves. I just googled: how many times does the average human touches their face? Answer: On average 23 times per hour. Of all face touches, 44% (1,024/2,346) involve contact with a mucous membrane, whereas 56% (1,322/2,346) of contacts involved nonmucosal areas. Gross. ———- My First Review (March 2023) The floors are dirty, the restrooms are old, and it is generally a store in need of a renovation. We didn’t love the big guy making burgers without gloves on so we skipped the burgers. He kept wiping his hands on this rag that looked like it had been used for an oil change. We’ve been going there for years but I see no sign of reinvestment in this location so I won’t be back. Too bad

They constantly mess up fo orders (been here on numerous occasions). Not worth all the effort, go to the Dairy Queen on Gordon to get more bang for your buck. This Dairy Queen location is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable in terms of quality in food.

1-The gravy was runny and different from all other days queens 2-the thick pile of bacon became raw towards the center of my burger 3-aside from rancid, the chicken strips tasted as bad as they looked Pro- the blizzard was good and full of ingredients

The fries were such an insane deal, my money was stretched so far and I received so many tummy filling dishes. My friend and I had a fabulous experience in the patio and witnessed many cool cars. We also got free ice water, which was thirst quenching and brain stimulating. Thank you Dairy Queen workers for brightening my day.

This location has a great set of people, they are so wonderful and working hard. Also the food quality is really good. I’ve tried their cakes and blizards and some burgers also, everything was so delicious and fresh…. Thanks for working so hard and for making our tummy happy :)

I was served cold fries (they weren't even lukewarm); likewise for the chicken. That was so disappointing. If I had them on takeout, I'd understand how they would get cold but no, I ate there and it was already cold when I brought it to my table.

I absolutely love my peanut butter cup with peanut butter sauce blizzards from here!! They are my favorite and I think I get them a little too often lol. The staff knows what I want , I don't even have to tell them:/

Useless. I have ordered a “royal” blizzard on four different occasions as well as specified “cold fudge down the middle.” They have never once actually made the blizzard royal yet happily charge me for it. I will never come back here.

Everything was fine food was tasty, but we had to wait our order 20 minutes!! And it was just 1 burger, 1 salad, 1 chicken nuggets and 1 poutine. It wasn't crowd inside. Maybe 3-4 clients. I don't know why it takes so, long to get simple things prepared, but that's definitely something needed to be improved in DQ.

Had the smallest 6$ chorizo ice cream cone I've ever seen. Was slightly larger than McDonald's cone. The two East Indian women were more concerned about gossiping than making a decent cone. Never will I go here again!

The girl working the till between 6:55-7:10 who took our order tonight Nov 16 2023 - we were the only people in the store- messed up both of our orders. Just one question- why would I order a cheeseburger with no cheese. So thanks for the meat, bread and pickles 😒🤢 My husband order a poutine and received a small fry. Just ridiculous. She clearly wanted to get back to talking to her friend in the kitchen -which we could hear from across the store. I go to the store at least once a week in the summertime and it’s never been this bad.

Had to wait 20 minutes the food was terrible greasy made me sick I would never eat here again and I would never recommend the Dairy Queen in Lakeshore Road Kelowna and ever again
