Jeff was an absolute legend. He was professional, lighthearted, very supportive, communicative, knowledgeable and made our wedding a dream come true. Our guests could not stop talking about how amazing our wedding was. He went above and beyond what we could ever imagine for an EMCEE and DJ. He had all of our guests entertained and laughing their heads off, with all the games, and also the wedding party introductions (he definitely did his homework). He also went above and beyond to get everyone to know the wedding party, and most importantly, even our parents. He kept the day running smoothly, and the dance floor packed. Having Jeff was one of the highlights of our wedding and made our event - one to remember. All night we had nothing but compliments from our guests on how awesome our Emcee was. We are so glad that we booked Jeff as our DJ/MC for our wedding! He came highly recommended to us by a few colleagues that both attended weddings he had been the DJ/MC at as well as hired him for their own weddings. We had been told we would not regret it, and we definitely do not! We had an absolute blast at our wedding and had so many guests rave about how fun he was. So many people asked for his contact information to pass along to friends and family. From the beginning, it was clear Jeff had lots of experience in the wedding and entertainment industry as he was able to walk us through all the details. He had great resources and helped us organize so much from the timeline, to music for every event, and so much more. It was so nice to be able to relax and know that Jeff had us covered. He brought yard games for cocktail hour, did a hilarious job MCing, organized fun games to break the ice at the dinner tables, and was able to read the room so well that the dance floor was packed all night. Jeff was by far the best decision we made in regard to vendors for our wedding and we highly recommend using his services for your wedding!

We hired Jeff to be our DJ and MC for our wedding in August of 2021... and all I have to say is "WHAT A GUY!" Jeff is such a friendly, warm guy and he had me howling with laughter from our first phone call. I don't currently live in Kelowna and of course we were planning our wedding throughout the COVID pandemic ... so there was much uncertainty involved. Our wedding was at Brook & Barn in Kelowna and the ceremony was conducted outside. Jeff had the equipment and solutions for everything that an outdoor venue can bring. He had a special battery that would run all the audio equipment and music without any plug-ins and no extra noise. He provided us some fabulous music suggestions for the ceremony, as well as brought lots of logistical experience to ensure the ceremony ran smoothly. During the reception, Jeff had us all laughing and really kept the fun vibe going while also managing to keep us on a timeline. I wasn't sure how I felt about the whole concept of games at the reception initially.... but ohhhh my god, they were so funny and they did a great job of keeping people engaged in the fun.... and no, they weren't the "same old games" that you hear about at every wedding. Jeff also came equipped with some accent lighting for the venue and while I was busy doing "bride things" before the wedding our wedding celebrant brought me her cellphone with pictures of the additional lights set up in the reception venue by Jeff and asked if I liked it and wanted them to stay! I loved it! He just totally knows what to do without needing explicit instructions. Also.... the party music! When I say that people DID NOT leave the dance floor for our entire reception... I mean it! We had to have our dance floor outside due to COVID restrictions, so we were dancing under the stars. I was worried that the music wouldn't be loud enough (IT WAS INDEED LOUD ENOUGH)... we danced through an epic sprinkling of rain. The music was just spot on the entire night based on the music tastes that we described to him. One of my favorite moments the whole night was the very last song of the night where we closed out the party with some good old - I Want It That Way by the Backstreet Boys. It was sprinkling rain and we all gathered in a circle on the dance floor arms around each other and scream sang that song... it was EPIC ... and a very special way to reunite after the pandemic! We love Jeff. Guests from our wedding still talk about how amazing that night was and Jeff was so instrumental in that! He is THE MAN! I don't have many pictures of Jeff from our big day... but I do have some photos of us all having a blast, howling with laughter at the things he said, playing some wild games and the packed dance floor. Jeff, the MC/DJ you need for your wedding. You can have the best food, the best venue, the best family and friends, but without an amazing MC/DJ your special day will not be complete. And this person to us was Jeff (DJ Haymaker). Let's start with the MC part; Jeff is personable and will make sure to get to know your guest. He is a fun guy to talk to and brought us some fun game for our guests to enjoy and have fun. His love story was one of many highlights of the day. You know you chose the right guy when your friends tell you how amazing he was 2 weeks later. Now the dj part; DJ Haymaker knows how to read the crowd. Not only did he play all the song that we and our guests requested, he also made sure to play what made people dance. He had a 10 minutes killer mix/mashup that got a lot of people dancing. He got us dancing all night long. It has been 2 weeks since our big day and one of the many people that made it so special was definitely Jeff. He is more than just a DJ/MC, he was truly a great help to make our wedding day awesome, and he made sure that our family and friends had a blast. The best wedding DJ ever! Our friends keep telling us this was the funnest wedding they have ever been to! Everyone loved DJ Jeff! His great choice of music and interactive games left everyone thoroughly entertained and still laughing to this day! As the bride, I am extremely thankful for DJ Jeff. He made my day stress free and seamless. If anyone had a question, I sent them to Jeff and he took care of it. It was such a pleasure working with Jeff. I wish the night would have never ended. DJ Haymaker made our wedding night so spectacular! He was professional and knowledgeable about everything and anything wedding related. He gave us so many tips leading up to the day, that allowed us to relax and enjoy without stressing. We had so many guests coming up to us during the night complimenting how great he was. We hired Jeff to be our DJ and MC for the night of our wedding! His vast knowledge of weddings helped up run our day so smoothly! He first arrived to the venue in the day to set up so that everything was ready to go when we needed it! He helped me with picking out music selection to have our party walk down the aisle to and away from after the ceremony! I did not have much requests for music but he nailed it in picking upbeat fun songs to keep the party going! When it came to MC services he nailed it! He has some fun games for us to play and did amazing at keeping everyone entertained! He did amazing to learn everyone of importance and their names! I could go on for a long time but overall the entertainment was phenomenal and I'm so glad we booked Jeff!
