I was experiencing severe back pain, and my husband recommended Criterion Wellness Clinic in Port Coquitlam. My massage therapist, Bruno, was very professional and knowledgeable. He pinpointed the problem (very tight muscles in my glutes and hips), and after treatment the pain had subsided considerably. He recommended some at-home exercises and treatments to help as well. I went from struggling to walk, to being able to attend a Cirque du Soleil performance with my family to celebrate my birthday with very little discomfort. I highly recommend this great clinic.
