It is a cute bar and I would probably go there again. However, it was very small and very crowded. The service wasn’t good at all. They don’t have a huge food menus and it took them 45min to make a mushroom Mac and cheese for me. Also, that was the only vegetarian option I could find on the menu.

honestly I dont know if the food is delicious because I only had beer but it looked nice and the place is really good the Dj is Perfect. the service is excellent

Jay was the best server anyone could ever ask for :) he was so fun and had such good energy the vibe was unreal. Will definitely be back and hoping to get served by him again. 10/10 recommend min is a great bartender I had some amazing drinks :)

Popped into Jacks last night as an impromptu evening out, because we didn't feel like cooking. We were met at the door by Jeremy, a down to earth, easy going guy. Unfortunately, the pizza oven was no longer operational, so we decided to just grab get a drink and appy. Jeremy was attentive, friendly, easy to talk to, didn't treat us differently for a small cheque, and even made my wife an off-menu mocktail (which he excluded from the cheque, making the bill even smaller). 10/10 will return - great atmosphere.

This place is horrible. Walked in after smoking and the bartender accused us of having a roach in our pocket and told us we were giving her a headache. Will never set foot in jacks again. Ironic as the sign on the wall says "be groovy or leave". That place definitely wasn't groovy. We went next door to Craft where they said we smelled great and welcomed us with open arms and 5 star service.

Jacks has been my go-to place for the last 3 years and that won't ever change 💃🏽 You'll catch me on Thursdays enjoying the vibes and their live DJs! The entire staff has always been such a fun and friendly group; making amazingly delicious cocktails and fantastic food! I'm so excited to see what their new chef will create with their new menu launch. This year will definitely be a great year at Jacks 🎉

This is one of the coolest places I've been to in kelowna! The bartender gave such attention to detail while making the cocktails and they were by far some of the best cocktails I've ever had! And the curly fries were amazing

Had a fantastic time. The bartender offered excellent recommendations and even a few custom cocktails, which made the experience even more memorable. Perfect place to spend a warm night getting drinks on the patio!

Loved this place!! The music was fantastic and it had the coolest atmosphere. Our server was also so funny and sweet, we couldn't have asked for better service! Drinks are very unique with quirky names that both me and my boyfriend loved! We will be back !

A must visit in Kelowna, the staff is unreal, we popped in for a quick drink before dinner on Bernard. One of us was not drinking and the manager and staff were so accommodating. They went above and beyond to give us options. It truly was exceptional service from amazing staff. If we didn’t have dinner reservations we could have stayed here for hours! Now let me get into the cocktails, the cocktail and mocktail were equally delicious!

Went here on New Year Eve with my friends. We had good times and enjoyed all the cocktails there. Would totally recommend.

We had one of our best Okanagan nights at Jack’s! Great location, cool vibe, awesome food, and excellent cocktails were all paired and completed by the best server ever, Jay! My husband and I went to Jack’s to celebrate, and Jay made it best for us by recommending the most delicious things. When we asked him for our bill, he came back with three free coconut tequila shots! It is memorable as we felt greatly welcomed. Cheers to Jack’s and Jay! On an important note, we went to Jack’s as we have heard a lot about its pizzas, but they are not doing that anymore. However, the flatbreads were as incredible!

Dj was awesome but they ran out of lager so we tried the peach ale and it was alright. Food was very juicy 😎

Emailed in to book a table of 12 for some cocktails and snacks for the first night of a bachelorette party. Jeremy was a huge help over the phone and our service that night was amazing, despite it being a Friday of a long weekend! Our server answered all of our questions on food and drinks, and was overall very friendly and quick!

I stopped by for a quick bite. Only thing open on the strip. The DJ that night had everyone in there jamming out. I ordered the cod. It was cooked well and it wasn't greasy. Great cocktail made custom by the bartender. Overall a good time when I just wanted some good. I'll definitely be back.

There's simply no better place to grab a cocktail (or five) in Kelowna than Jack's. The vibes are just right and I love their wall of celebrity mugshots and album covers. The awesome general manager Jeremy made us feel right at home and we can't wait to come back next time we're in Kelowna.

I used to go to Jacks often for date night. It was the highlight of my week and one of the only places in Kelowna for an authentic cocktail experience! About a month ago the bartenders left for other restaurants. I went back but it’s more like every other bar downtown now. Loud, chaotic, and the drinks lack the creativity and complexity that they used to.

The staff here is super friendly and the food and drinks were amazing. Great atmosphere. I could eat three servings of the churros and anyone who has yet to try them is missing out on heaven. Would rate over 5 stars if possible. A must if you are downtown Kelowna. (And the churros are worth the drive if not).

Had a celebratory drink and dinner with a friend recently at Jack's and it was SO good! Our server was amazing, friendly and helpful. Our drinks (especially the coconut martini) were to die for and food was super yummy (Okanagan Smash Burger, Pickle Brined Fried Chicken and Tuna Poke, which was my favorite of all three!) Jack's offers a unique & fun atmosphere, and I will definitely be back again!

We decided to check this place out came for some drinks. It was lovely experience. I love the atmosphere and employees are very friendly.

What got me in was their break up bar. And then the bar itself kept me there. The food, the chefs, the staff are all what keeps me going.

NEW CHEF!!!!!! Jackson's new dishes and creations are so delicious. If you are looking for a nice evening with great cocktails and some nice sharing plates I suggest checking out this place. The new menu has lots to choose from and is delicious.

Went to Jack’s a couple of nights ago as it was one of the few places still open at that time in the area. We ordered burgers and it was delicious and very reasonably priced ($10 only!). Our waitress was nice as well and we were served quickly.

Thank you Ryan & Tori for a wonderful experience. Ryan we greatly appreciate the wine, cocktail and laughs even though you were not even open. You went out of your way for us!!! We will never forget your kindness and generosity. The food at Salt & Brick was outstanding. We felt like we were the only people in the room. We will return as soon as we can ....maybe on a Wednesday....thanks again....Washington and Kamloops.
