The chicken was slightly over grilled but that's excusable, I guess it happens. Customer service was good too. I was slightly disappointed though since I was made to order dark meat specific items, rather than allowing me to order the whole chicken deal which was cheaper and came with garlic bread as well. In Vancouver that's never an issue. But other than that, the rest was good.

Food was good. Served warm. For first timers, you need to order food and they will serve it once it is cooked on the table that you have chosen. We ordered family serving of chicken and had mild sauce, with toast and side dishes of sweet potato fries and mash potato. Drinks are bottomless. Great for family and groups of people. I missed Nando's so I came to this restaurant. I would consider their food to be very similar to Nando's. The difference is the hot sauce is less sour than Nando's so I like it more than Nando's. However, the chicken wings I got were a bit too burnt; it had a slightly bitter taste on the skin and was less juicy than Nando's. Nevertheless, they still tasted good. Classic/peri fries, rice, and coleslaw were also pretty good. Service was above average.

What an absolute display of customer service. We order food worth of 100+ dollars and once we said it’s a dine in order, the lady at the front desk game me a weird look which was a clear sign she doesn’t want us to eat in. The food was sub par, worse than the last time I was there. The same lady touched her phone and hair and touched my food. Is there is a manager here???? Or is it this bad? I tip at restaurants at least 20% and I have gone as high as 40 at times. Though I left them a tip on the second time when I ordered a side, the attitude didn’t improve. I think I will go to the health department about the unhygienic way my food was made. The washrooms were filthy. This is the 6th time I have come here and I have not been disappointed like this anytime. The owner or the management needs to fix this seriously!

If you miss Nando's in Kelowna, Barcelos's got your back! Great dining atmosphere and delicious, juicy chicken! Ordered the full chicken and personally, I think the price overly justifies the quality and portion. That being said, however, expect a long cooking time Although the fries were a bit too salty, I think it was well fried. Overall, it was worth the dine and you'll definitely love it too!

Barcelos is a hidden gem. If you want large portions of meat at a competitive price I recommend coming here. No shorting on the meat at this place. And the staff are good company.

First time to dine in the restaurant. The restaurant is clean and conformable. Staff is very friendly. Of course, the grilled chicken is good.

Went closer to closing time around 8pm.. was our first time trying this little hidden restaurant corner and we where pleasantly surprised, their chicken is good quality and their side salad had some acidity that actually complimented the chicken burger. I personally thought the whole meal for $13.99 was reasonably priced. I would recommend this place to others :)

Really tasty chicken in 4 different spice levels... Had the chicken wrap and it was quite tasty. A little bit watery with the tomatoes but good flavor. It was $11 just the wrap no sides..Hubby had the steak roll which was nicely filled and tasty but expensive with no sides $13.50 Small portion of fries Lots of seating..nice lady at the counter.. free water

The food is fresh and very tasty. The flame grilled chicken and skewers were amazing and so is their coleslaw!! We have gone several times and not once were we disappointed.

I don't like how they ran out of rice and replace it with a little piece of bread for my order. They could have just let me know and get something else other than putting some random small piece of cut bread which is not even on the menu. Loved this restaurant for a long time but it will be a hard decision to go back here.

I liked the chicken grill but the flavours are limited and only dips available is ketchup and same flavours if they had mayo or something it would have been better. Also side options for chicken are limited , could add more like bread. It is halal so I could say its okay.

The chicken would have been great if it was served with some greens. Felt the chicken pieces on the plate were cooked previously and warmed up when we ordered.

Reaaonable price. Good portions. I had ordered on skip before and it wasn't good so I recommend pick up or eat in. This is the fiesta chicken. Nice and spacious inside too. Nice selection of desserts too !!

The food was good,but the staff are very stoic. They don't both with the customers. You put your order in they bring it and that's it. Not a friendly atmosphere.

At the beginning it felt like we are not welcomed But they compensated the wrong behavior afterwards

I was pleasantly surprised! Food was really quite good. Great flavors. Very reasonable prices. Staff were pretty friendly. I was there a bit after lunchtime on a Sunday, and it wasn't crowded. Plenty of open tables.
