Ordered Chicken Teriyaki and Cucumber Sushi roll but she got Miso Rice bowl instead of chicken teriyaki then upon telling her, she corrected but got just the roll and no wasabi or ginger as you can see in the pic. I have never seen anyone serving sushi without ginger or wasabi, it was strange! Service was pathetic, she didn’t seem interested at all. Food was average, bluetail sushi gives you best bang for your buck with superior service and good food, so my advice, avoid this place!!

I've been going to Momo Sushi for years and have always been my favorite spot in town. The last 5 or more times I've went there the quality keeps getting worse and worse! Food that doesn't taste good or even look good. Bad ingredients and worst of all cross contamination! Twice there has been fish eggs in my sushi, I'm allergic to many kinds of fish which is why I stay to a vegetarian variety of sushi! It has never been a problem because they always used a separate knife, board and roller to help people who can't or choose not to eat animal products. This is not the case anymore so if you have allergies, be careful here.

Nice little sushi place downtown. Prices cannot be beat - rolls did come apart easily, could elevate with better presentation/ rolling and a bit more awareness with the servers. Overall a good meal! Well done.

Used to be really good pre pandemic, quality of food has gone down significantly… just look like the plating and cut of the sashimi… mushrooms from the soup don’t separate

Very prompt service! Takeout order of 7 rolls was ready in around 10 minutes. Their tuna and salmon rolls were a very reasonable price of $3.20 each. Also had their spicy scallop, beef with avocado, and dynamite. Generous filling. Two unique flavours were the red beet and shitake, which were also tasty! Would come back here for their reasonable prices!

Excellent sushi and great service. Coming from Vancouver where there's a sushi restaurant on every corner, this place stands out in comparison, both in quality and in subtle artistic touches. The Philadelphia and prawn tempura rolls were my favourite. I do wish they included tea, though, like most places in Vancouver.

Food is good, love avocado and tuna roll, and salmon sashimi. Waitress is not friendly or happy, which I understand from busy and stressful work environment. She put all dishes down very heavily on the table. No "thank you" or "you are welcome" to other people, trying to minimize conversation or interactions. Hope she can feel happy and show some smiles to other customers :)

Our weekend getaway took us to downtown Kelowna. We found a dog friendly patio. Momo served yummy bento boxes. I had to share my sashimi with Etch. Overall excellent tempura and sushi. The hot sake warmed me up on this fall day. Highly recommend Momo Sushi!

In our stay in Kelowna we went twice to this place. Service is great, fast and food is really good! I highly recommend it and if I am back to Kelowna, I would go back for sure!

We stopped for a late lunch and choose the outdoor seating. It was the perfect time of day to sit outside and enjoy good food. Our server was friendly, shared about some of the options on the menu, and it was not a long wait for our meal. With Bernard closed off right now for summer, this restaurant was the perfect spot to sit and eat in the shade :)

Excellent selection of sushi when visiting Bernard Street in Kelowna. The Ogopogo rolls and assorted Tempura are our favourite. Very fast and efficient service!

First of all, Sushi is always tasty like here as well. I was there for lunch. Compared to other sushi stores it could be improved getting tea instead of water or free to drink.

Our family ordered from momo sushi a couple wells ago. They sure did such an amazing job on every dish that we ordered. We ordered so much food and our son ate most of it. They are so quick in preparation execution and quality. I highly recommend eating in house but if you have to order take out they continue to deliver amazing quality. We will continue to order from them. Hands down the best place so far in Kelowna.

Business is hopping and for a good reason - consistently delicious food with many gluten/dairy/egg free options. Place your orders by phone for fastest takeout service, especially when their patios are open. But -seriously- my favourite restaurant in Kelowna!

Meh…okay sushi. The fish is sometimes too cold and sashimi is to avoid. Pieces of fish are too big and too cold. It could be better is they paid more attention to presentation.

Delicious food! Staff are wonderful! Got stood up and staff went out of their way to make my meal great. 100% recommend. Always had great food whenever I am here.

I just ordered a chicken teriyaki through skip from them. The miso soup was disappointing but worse was pulling a hair from my teriyaki. It's a blonde hair and no one in my house has blonde hair. Ruined my meal

My first time at a Japanese restaurant. The taste was extremely good. Fast service and Japanese hospitality was extremely pleasing 5 Star for it. However, I wish the quantity would be better. Ambience is fine

The best sushi in town! Try the rainbow roll, L.A roll and deep fried california roll.

Really nice and accommodating staff during the recent smoky days in Kelowna. Good food. What wasn't very nice was hearing all of the staff making fun of one of their coworkers through the window as we were preparing to leave. Perhaps it's best to have those conversations in private or with management instead of with a restaurant full of guests. There are better ways to build up your team on a hard day.

We arrived as walk ins for lunch and were seated straight away! Nice service throughout the meal by the girls working here. Very kind, attentive but not invasive. We ordered: Chicken Teriyaki Chicken Donburi Gyoza to share The two mains both came with bowls of miso soup, which we started with. Nice creamy, miso, flavourful. The teriyaki came on a hot plate which we didn’t expect (maybe didn’t pay too close attention to the menu?!) was a nice large potion with a side of white rice, in a separate bowl. Overall very nice, good flavours. The donburi was also a nice portion size, if not a bit small for other American dishes we’ve had (we are English so was normal for us, might be considered small by American continent standards?) flavourful. However I’ve always had donburi with an egg incorporated, no egg in this dish. And the sauce did taste on par with the teriyaki sauce? The atmosphere was nice. The restaurant itself could use a bit of love on the interior, nothing crazy, just some of the table were scratched up, and everything was rather ‘used’ condition wise. Nothing we had a problem with, but to make note of you think it’s going to be ‘fancy’ :)

The food is good, and I was happy with takeouts until I went for a takeaway at the Bernard location. And I was treated like someone they wanted to get rid of as fast as possible with super dull faces! I probably won’t try them again!
