Nice and lovely park in both summer and winter. They have several music events happen in the summer and in the winter they have opening ring for skaters (albeit quite small and is crowded with kids and family). At night, all the lights will be turned on so it’s quite a beautiful site.

I walked by where a bunch of Jesus people are complaining about the government. The government that pays their churches to feed the homeless with food donated by businesses who pay taxes on that food so they can build more churches with that money and ask for more money.

It was very nice and peaceful. Security was present and also very respectful and polite. The skating rink was not too busy, and people were having a great time.

Well maintained ice in downtown Kelowna. Nice fire to warm up beside. A nice place for a casual skate or an interesting group get together.

Fun in summer and winter. The skating rink is well used and we love the fire pit. Grateful there are washrooms close by.

Beautiful outdoor skating rink here in the Winter. Maintained throughout the day for optimum safety and quality for skating. Nice place to people watch even if you don't skate.

Skating rink did a great job making the rink covid safe. Max 40 people on the ice and reservations required for everyone inside the gated area. It was hard to get a reservation though!

There is always a nice view of the marina and lake from this park. Cool spot to grab some gelato and hang out. In the winter it is fun to skate on the rink here. Just walked by on a summer evening and enjoyed watching the dance night that the City of Kelowna was hosting.

Kelowna has the potential to have a pretty nice downtown, if they decide to police the presence of drugs and homelessness!

Fun time but skate rentals are only by the hour apparently, which sucks. We were given an hour and 15 mins. Would have been nice to be able to skate as long as we want, being able to take breaks by the fire or whatever.

Not there for fun this time as it was a human rights rally oddly still a thing in 2023. However, normally there for fun times and celebrations.

It’s the best way to immerse yourself in all that Kelowna has to offer While on a pair of skates. The scenery is sublime the atmosphere is lovely and if you get a little cold there’s a fire pit running the city does a great job at maintaining the ice and there’s music that plays over speakers that is most festive. The hours of operation are good and you can view the live WebCam before you go down. If you’re not a big fan of crowds, I partook during the day the night time must be equally picturesque. Looks like it would be well lit - the crew also maintain the ice very well while I was there Zamboni came out and groomed the ice five stars all the way

If you go down to Kelowna today… you’ll see a large sculpture of a grizzly bear. Located on Stuart Park, the bear was the result of a competition to design a new piece of public art in this city in the Okanagan Valley. The ursine artwork fits perfectly with the city’s name – Kelowna is the English translation of the Syilx First Nation word meaning 'female grizzly bear'.

It's alright area in the park host of many events all year round. I would give it 5 stars imo but there is an old Security guard that is a goof.... so there is that.

My first impression of Stuart Park, Kelowna - Well at first glance I thought "wow what a beautiful place! With all the boats, marina, and boardwalk". Moment's later, while trying to locate a place to park. I had nearly ran over a man that appeared to be extremely high/drunk and half dressed. Walking through the Park was really nice. Finding used needle dispensers in the washrooms of whats known as a "family park" kinda made me cring, as well did the dried blood on the floor...BUT other than that, it was a really nice Park.

Skating is so much fun here! The staff take their ice cleaning and Zamboni jobs seriously 😆 which made the whole experience a lot more fun. Great ice.

It's always such a beautiful experience. Maybe it's the times of day I go but either way it's always a treat to see how much fun people are having and all the smiles. The employees are always nice too.

Good and well kept.. Music on and switch directions every once in a while so you don't cramp up. About half the size of a hockey rink. Skate and bar rentals (although bars should be free) and no where to store your things. Not much parking near by. Went around 2pm on a weekday (school day) and was not busy.

I adore Stuart Park. We have created so many amazing family memories at this location. I have also experienced a positive atmosphere and it just feels like a nice little hangout. I would highly recommend this urban park to individuals and families.

The skating is abouslty amazing, super relaxing they have a big fire pit going and everyone is very respectful. During the day there is a place you can rent skates, and have cones for beginners. Awesome experience and a must do.
