I’ve never trusted anyone with my brows as much as I trust Kim! Every couple of months I get my brows waxed and tinted and she does an amazing job every time. She explains every step, we talk about the shade of brown she’ll use, and she shows me the shape before doing anything. I love her attention to detail. Also, I’ve paid for a lash lift + tint recently and I will definitely be going back for another one! Overall, this place has the best vibes and the best staff. They are always super welcoming and I never feel nervous. My favourite brow bar by far!

Saw Felisha for a fine line tattoo and she did an amazing job!! Very happy with how it turned out initially and after the touch up appointment as well. Felisha is very friendly and easy to talk to. The location is beautiful, clean and inviting. They offer lots of services at Kelowna Brow + Co and everyone was so lovely!!

I got my lashes lifted and tinted with Kim a few days ago, been here a few times and am always very impressed. Kim was able to provide some suggestions to ensure they turned out the way I wanted and they sure did! All the staff are extremely friendly and the atmosphere of their studio is so fun, lots of cool products to browse before/after your appointment 😊

I’ve gotten a lash lift and tint with Kim a few times now and couldn’t recommend her more! She’s super sweet and makes you feel at ease. She also evaluates your lashes and face and chooses what would work best:) The studio is gorge and comfy too.

Felisha is such a friendly and welcoming gal to have your Brows done by! Had mine done a few yrs ago and they still look amazing. So excited to treat myself to some lip blushing soon! Wouldn't want to go to anyone else for permanent makeup. Highly recommended.

I had an amazing experience with Felisha, Tonie, and Kim, on separate occasions, getting my brows done. I love how they precisely map out my brows each time so I know exactly how they will look, before any hair is removed. They never fail to give me exactly the look I want! Also, I had my first spray tan from Tonie recently and it gave me the most incredible glow! Will definitely be back for another.

I’ve known Felisha for a while now and all I can say is that she is very passionate about what she does. Her whole team pays so much attention to the smaller details, making sure that each person that walks in is taken care of. I’ve gotten my browns laminated and eyelashes tinted and lifted from her and I will never go anywhere else, she always makes sure I’m happy. I’ve also had a few facials from Kim and you can tell how much she loves skincare and makes sure her clients are content and comfortable. Just recently I had the pleasure of getting a few different piercings from the new piercer Jacob and I LOVE how they turned out. He made sure I knew what was happening, had great energy, and also made sure that you were comfortable during the appointment and ensured you were prepped with aftercare. I cannot recommend this studio and staff more. They are simply amazing!!!!

My best friend and I came in on her birthday for our first ever permanent jewelry back in August. Their online system was super easy to book our appointments and We got a reminder the day before! We were greeted at the front door with a big smile before our appointment. Once there the process for picking the jewellery was super easy and not stressful whatsoever. You were not pressured for time, so we were able to pick the bracelet that best suited us. The girls seemed super knowledgable and friendly, and I will definitely go back for one of their other many offered services! Thanks again for my beautiful jewelry!

Kim has been my go to girl for my brows. I get a brow tint and wax and absolutely love the final result. From colour to definition to looking full. Her work is amazing! I recently saw Felicia for a level 1 chemical peel. She was very knowledgeable and provided amazing service. I felt relaxed and refreshed after my treatment with her. I would highly recommend!
