Extremely thorough, precise and professional. Dr.Zeng's attention to detail is second to none and is exactly what you want from a prosthodontist. Staff are all very friendly, efficient and work as a great team with Dr.Zeng. Would highly recommend.

Wow, I am really not a fan of the dentist but I would go see Dr Zeng ANYTIME. He was FANTASTIC! He was so thorough in his work but at the same time he treated me like a friend, asking me about my work and family. His assistant was very nice and the front office lady was very sweet. I visited there twice and had a zoom call with him as well. His personality was the same each interaction. He is a great person, and his knowledge and "planning" for the future in stability and ease are always important to him. He presented me with a full report with options and a financial breakdown as well. 100% 5 star office.

I can't say enough good things about the staff at Capri Dental. I had a terrible tooth ache so I called them and left a message. I had never seen them before and they got me in right at opening time on their first day back from Holidays. They went above and beyond fixing the tooth ache and performing an extra service. 6 stars!

I have been seeing dentists all my life due to cavity prone teeth. Finding a new dentist in a new city was nervewracking. Dr. MacDougall is the best dentist I have ever had. The hygienist did the most thorough and careful cleaning ever. They do their best to book appointments around your schedule and quickly. This is a great dental office!!!

I really enjoyed my time with Dr. Zeng! He was very gentle and thorough with explaining my treatment making sure I understood everything before we began. Dr. Zeng worked on two of my implants that I've been having trouble with for years and am so thankful I found him to help me get back to where I want to be. I had a terrible experience few years ago with a dentist in Kelowna. I had issues with my teeth and I was scared to go to another dentist after I went through pain physically and financially. I am pleasantly surprised and very happy to find Dr Zeng to look after my teeth and oral health. He is patient, and takes time to listen and solve the patient’s oral problems until the patient is 100% satisfied. I would recommend Dr Zeng and his friendly staff to everyone who needs special oral care. I am confident that De Zeng, his dental assistant and his receptionist would go beyond in assisting a patient until they reach the desired satisfaction.

The receptionist was rude, ignorant and condescending. I will never go there again.
