This store is fantastic. If you need any type of lingerie, bras, or swimsuits you need to go to Esteem Lingerie. They have a fantastic selection of products, and their prices are very reasonable. Angela is so professional, helpful, and great at what she does. The advice she provides is phenomenal. Esteem will definitely be my new go to.

Not happy.. From their advertisement I got the idea you provide customized fit but I was offered only 3 to 4 pre-made bras to try. When I wasn't satisfied with those she said you've to make up your mind. Moreover there was an offer of $50 gift card on referring to others.. my friend referred me but neither my friend nor me received any in-store gift card

This is the best place in the central Okanagan for bras. I have tried them all, and this is by far my favourite. Excellent selection of bras, good selection of matching panties, or excellent selection of color matching panties. My favourite pjs come from here, and after 5 years, I will be buying a couple more pairs. The bra fitters are very good at what they do, and there is no sales pressure. The bras here are expensive, but you get what you pay for. One of my bras is 7 years old and still feels like I'm not wearing a bra. Would highly recommend to anyone, any size, any age!

My first experience purchasing bra’s at this location was in 2016. The owner is very knowledgeable and the staff made my shopping experience stress free . I kept the two bras I bought for 4 years , they were of great quality and comfortable! I recently purchased two more as the ones I had were finally wearing out . I’m not a great shopper and when it comes to bras I wouldn’t shop anywhere else . I’d rather pay a little more and keep my “girl” S in great form ! It’s hard to know the size to buy , these ladies measure you and pick out many items for you until your happy with your choices. I recommend trying them out . You won’t go anywhere else

Excellent client service and very knowledgeable bra-fitters. They have a large selection of high quality products in stock and if ordered deliver very fast! If you find yourself not going back very often, that's because the fit is so perfect, the bra is so comfortable and the quality of the product is so high, that you won't be needing to replace it for a very long time !

I had a great experience here, they were very helpful and had a lot of selection in every size, as well as some great sales on. I highly recommend shopping here if you have a hard time finding your size in other stores at all.

I had the absolute best experience at Esteem Lingerie. I walked in the door with one bra that was second hand and ill fitting, having no idea of my bra size. The lady working (I wish I could remember her name!) was incredible. My fitting was personalised, professional, and a lot of fun! She definitely understands how to properly fit and how to cater the experience to each personality that walks through the door. For every bad thing I had to say about my body, she had a counter point for how I should appreciate it. I left with two bras that make me feel AMAZING and a new favourite lingerie boutique. When comparing the quality of my new bras vs my old, the craftsmanship is undeniable. The underwire is SO STRONG. At least twice as strong as the one in my previous cheap mall bra. Overall my impression was incredible, this place is a must visit, and their employees are the absolute best. 1000000+/10

Shout out to Florinda at Esteem Lingerie who gave me unreal 1-on-1 attention and education on Saturday when I was doing my second most hated type of shopping. I’ve been going there for a decade and all of the ladies are wonderful and have guided me with fittings through the evolution of my physique due to pregnancy and weight loss and gain, but I literally forgot I was nude from the waist up when she was bringing me multiple bras and fitting me and not missing a beat as we chatted away! 10/10 recommend having a bra-shopping experience there if you’re able to (or have to, like me!) invest in more supportive undergarments.

I popped in to see if they could help me with finding my post-partum bra size. I left with two wonderfully fitting bras that we can alter as my body continues to change, as well as an abundance of information I wish I had known years ago. The cost was more than I have typically spent on mall bras, but the fit, options to alter the bras, one on one support in store and the knowledge I've gained more than makes up for it. Fun fact - they also collect bras to donate or recycle!

The lady who helped me find a bra was so nice and knowledgeable. I was wearing the wrong size for years. She did a bra fitting for me and helped me try on a bunch of different bras. I didn't feel pressured into buying anything and ones I liked we put on my file to purchase next time. Thank you for everything!
