This was my first time going into Abaco Health. A friend of mine from work recommended it! I was beyond blown away with my experience from start to finish! Gabi helped me. Gabi is extremely knowledgeable and personable! She walked me through, really listened to my wants/needs, provided me with detailed advice on products and just made me feel really comfortable. She gave me honest advice and recommendations and is very patient and caring! I definitely would recommend Gabi at Abaco Health for all your needs and have recommended her already to other friends!

The best health store in Kelowna! They have anything and everything - including things no one else in the city has. PLUS, they have a coffee bar that makes some of the most flavourful drinks. I had the best chai tea latte I've ever had in the city. Run, don't walk!!!

Gabi helped me today with starting my journey on medicinal mushrooms and I was blown away by how much knowledge she had and support she gave me. This was my first time visiting Abaco Health & Gabi is extremely kind. Her being so open and personable with me made this experience amazing! I really enjoy shopping here, as the staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. My last visit a few days ago was another great experience as I had Gabi help me make informed decisions on a few products I was interested in learning more about. She was very helpful and took the time to educate me which greatly helped me in my decision process. I ended up purchasing more than I had intended to buy as she was very thorough and knowledgeable. Abaco has become my go to place for all things health and wellness. Everyone is always so kind and they’re incredibly knowledgeable! I told Gabi what was going on with my body and she not only guided me to what I need but explained why each thing would be best and how it’s going to help. So often I leave a health food store and have no idea what I just bought but Gabi explained it all to me, I left feeling empowered… and excited to start feeling myself again!

Gabi took one look at me and as I was describing my target symptoms, pointed out others I wasn't going to mention. She is very observant and beyond knowledgeable in both traditional and ayurvedic plant medicines. She created an easy (even for me) to follow regimen. A+ care and attention. I had gone in to Abaco Health Store for the first time last Friday with just my list of herbal supplements that I was interested in. Once in the store, I was greeted promptly by an associate named Gabi. I have to say, this was one of the most pleasant retail experiences I've had in a long time. Gabi was not only very friendly, but exceptionally knowledgeable & informative on the supplements I was inquiring about. There was no pressure for sales...it was just a genuine, helpful and delightful interaction. I would highly recommend this store. They have definitely earned a new customer in me, as I will be going back there opposed to anywhere else for that type of product. :)

I visited abaco recently and was helped by Gabi. She was very informative and knowledgeable about the products in the store. Very passionate in her profession. So nice to go somewhere where someone actually knows about the products they sell. She was very personable and helpful. I stopped by Abaco Health yesterday for some guidance on how to address inflammation in my body. Gabi assisted me and educated me on the supplements she suggested. She was very conscientious of my budget, and gave me some options to suit my needs. She wrote out instructions on how many and when to take each supplement. Gabi even asked me to call if I had any adverse reactions, or any further questions or concerns. This is a condition I have been experiencing for some time with no success on alleviating the pain on my own or with doctors. I am rather hopeful and optimistic now after speaking with her and will see how it goes. I would highly recommend the knowledgeable and professional staff, specifically Gabi, at Abaco Health to anyone seeking to enhance their health.
