We were in the store a couple of days back to buy a mattress and i want to really appreciate the kind of service provided by Jason at their Penticton store. He was awesome and made sure that our queries were addressed properly. He is a delight and so helpful. Thank you Jason!

Just love this store and staff. The ladies that run the store are the best. I always find the most amazing deals from clothing to appliances. I stop in once a week for a quick look. Stock moves quickly, so if you find a treasure, buy it, even if your not quite sure. They have a great return policy if you change your mind. I've been to other Big Box Stores. This one is by far the best. Great job ladies.

Great little outlet store. Lots to choose from, some knockoff brands and some Kirkland items surface there for a good price. Everyday necessities at a bargain. Will return again.

Worst management EVER! Overheard Lisa (I think her name is) belittling staff then badmouthing them to other staff and customers. Must be why there is never the same and always new staff.This manager has a serious lack of integrity. The store is so over packed with DIRTY junk you cant shop there anyways.

Not impressed store was a mess, still good prices but the floors were gross and the air tasted moldy :/ use to love comming here what happened !?
