So impressed. We ordered my engagement ring and wedding band together and they fit together like a glove. I chose two different styles for my rings and they made them fit together beautifully. They let me choose a sapphire for my wedding band in a color that I think makes the engagement stone pop even more. All of the stones are stunning and have so much sparkle. The main sapphire is such a gorgeous, dynamic color that changes in different light and sometimes almost has a glowing quality. The cut is so unique and everything about the rings is so high quality and artful. The rings seem very strong and durable and yet are so delicate in appearance. On top of everything else all the customer service has been top notch. Every single person I spoke with was kind, friendly, and patient. I would very highly recommend this company to anyone wanting a sapphire, a unique ring or stone, or just gorgeous high quality jewelry in general. My fiancé and I worked with Earth's Treasury together to pick a sapphire and design a ring. Jeff was extremely helpful in actually picking a stone. After we sent a request for a few videos and didn't feel like we'd found that right one, Jeff reached out and helped pick a new selection of 5 stones to review online that were all in our budget, in the shape and color we wanted, and fit in well with the inspiration photos we sent them. We then ordered one stone to review in person and ultimately decided to order a second one for comparison. They were very responsive about timelines for shipping everything back for a refund and accommodated us needing one extra day so we would both be home at the same time to make the decision together. The design team was equally helpful. We sent in a wide variety of rings all with different/small aspects we liked from Instagram. They were able to combine a lot of different features we wanted and sent us a file to review. We were able to make some nitpicky changes to the design and they were very helpful and open to making tiny changes before finalizing the design. They happily answered all of our questions and were extremely transparent about any changes that would need to be made to the stone to fit the setting correctly. Overall, it was an extremely smooth process, despite us obviously having a lot of questions and concerns about making this investment. Everyone was responsive, patient, and helpful. We plan on using Earth's Treasury again for a complementary wedding band.

I’ve wanted a bezel setting for a while and I am so glad that that I went with the Isolde setting. Simply stunning! Then there is my Montana teal blue ring. What a gorgeous stone! I cannot get over how much it sparkles and glimmers no matter the light condition. I’m beyond impressed with the setting that I chose for it. The Venus is epic. Combined with the center Montana stone, it is definitely one of the best pieces of jewelry that I own. The customer service at Earth’s Treasury is top notch. Simply incredible. Choosing an engagement ring can be nerve racking, but Jeff and his team at Earth’s Treasury are rock stars. It’s the best customer service I’ve experienced anywhere, period. Just recently purchased a beautiful Midnight Blue Australian Sapphire from Earth's Treasury for an engagement ring (she said yes!). I really couldn't have asked for a better experience with a company during this important process. Jeff and his team are super communicative, polite, friendly and helpful. They are able to send video of any stone they have on their site, up to 4 at a time, and will even show it in both indoor and outdoor lighting. This helped take some pressure off of buying a stone online and trusting a single photo. I must have asked for half a dozen videos and they were quick to respond and never made me feel like I was asking for too much. The sapphire I did end up choosing is absolutely beautiful and looks different in every light setting and with every light source. Our favorite so far has been indirect morning light. You can see flashes of green and teal depending on the angle, and even looks black in some low lighting. Every stone in all the videos I received were gorgeous though. I kept watching them on repeat. Earth's Treasury even offered free overnight shipping. I could not recommend them enough.

I'd been on the lookout for a perfect gemstone and instantly fell in love with this one. I appreciated being able to see the stone in person before sending it back to be set. Julia was great to work with and helped me with a setting to be a bit protective so I feel a bit more confident with my ring around my child and with just the right amount of little detail to really let the tourmaline shine. I'd heard great things about the stones, but I was also impressed with the jewelry creation process. I hope to return for some sapphire jewelry in the future, but I'll definitely be browsing all the gorgeous gems until then.

After experiencing poor customer service, lack of knowledge and slow response time from another company…I was so lucky to stumble across Earth’s Treasury. Not only are their gems absolutely gorgeous, but they are very fairly priced. I immediately fell in love with a yellow-gold bicolored Montana Sapphire they had listed on their website and I inquired by email immediately. Jeff, the founder of Earth’s Treasury, responded within 30 minutes and also included a pair of videos of the gem taken indoors and outdoors. At that point, I was already sold but it gets better… Jeff put me in touch with the lead jewelry designer, Lauryn, who called me promptly the next day to answer all of my questions about how the process works. Soon after, the gem was purchased and the journey began. The gem arrived the next day and we were given a 10 business day review and return period to make sure we loved it. If for some reason we were not happy with it, we could return it for a full refund. Spoiler alert…we loved it. The next step was to ship it back (I have to admit it was difficult to part with) and start working with Lauryn on the design. I shared stories and details with her about our relationship and through our communications Lauryn combined our personal details with her wealth of experience and creativity to design the perfect ring. Because my fiancé and I had both previously been married and came together later in life each with two kids of our own, I knew I wanted something that represented us and was different fom anything we’ve seen. I wanted the whole ring to feel like the sun because I always call my fiancé my big ray of sunshine. Lauryn suggested incorporating smaller colored Montana Sapphires around the center stone within the diamond baguette “rays”. The two small yellow Montana Sapphires on each side represent my fiancé and I and the four smaller mint colored Montana sapphires in each corner represent our four children. We received sketches and 3D renderings of the ring design in progress, which was incredibly convenient. But design is just one part of it, am I right? You want to know what the sales experience is like, too. Jeff, Lauryn, Nina and Tessa were very communicative via phone and email. They were knowledgeable, professional, and above all else, understanding of our goals. On top of that, we received a complimentary appraisal by mail and email a couple weeks after our engagement which was a pleasant surprise and icing on the cake. Every day I look at this ring, I am grateful for the team at Earth’s Treasury who took our love story and made it tangible. They are on top of their game and latest trends (check their Instagram if you don't believe me), which leaves a lot of traditional jewelry shops in the dust.

I am beyond happy with my custom ring and wedding band set made by the talented folks at Earths Treasury. They went above and beyond to help me through the design process. I’m a very picky person so it took me a while to finally decide on a center stone. They sent multiple videos of multiple different stones until I found the perfect one. They were so patient and kind through it all. I was originally going to just purchase the center stone here because I thought having to deal with a custom ring design over the internet would be too hard but I finally decided to have them design my ring and I was incredibly happy with how easy the process was. I am so glad I went with them! The communication was outstanding; we sent multiple pictures back and forth until they understood what I was looking for and Lauryn came back with a design and other stones to match to put into the set and it was even prettier than I imagined. Before they made the ring they sent a 3-D rendering via email where I could look at the ring from all angles so I could make sure it was exactly how I wanted. The final product is breathtaking. They also provided a complimentary ring appraisal from a 3rd party appraiser once they finished the ring and the appraisal came back for even higher than the purchase price. Did a custom Montana sapphire engagement ring for my now-fiancee. Working with Jeff and everyone else at Earth's Treasury was quite simply excellent. During the stone selection process they provided high res videos for a side-by-side comparison, and once you receive a stone in person they have a generous period to review and return/exchange. Really felt comfortable with this process and it helped us find the perfect stone to base the ring off of. Hyungji produced a beautiful custom ring model, and with one iteration seemed to know exactly what to combine together from the details I provided. The final product came out absolutely perfectly; it ended up being exactly the ring she was dreaming of. Detail and craftsmanship is flawless. I'm glad I found Earth's Treasury. Super fast communication, very fair prices for the amazing work they do. Truly a customer-focused business doing it right.

Lauryn worked closely with my wife on her custom wedding band to match her engagement ring. When it came back not exactly what we were wanting, they immediately took the other ring back (with just 3 weeks left until our wedding) and put another into production with a credit of the materials used previously. We wanted bigger stones and felt like the difference we had to pay was very fair, because the band came back absolutely perfect! Pictures don’t do it justice!
