My partner got her ears pierced here today. All of the staff members were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Was a really great experience. Cold juice and water were offered, pricing was reasonable, and the selection of jewelry was good with high quality items and options. The location is very clean with street parking and some numbered stalls available. Payment can be done with card. Can certainly see why this place has such stellar reviews. To the woman working at the front when a brutally rude customer came in. You did a great job of trying to de-escalate their abusive behavior. Reminder to have your government issued identification for YOURSELF and YOUR CHILD before booking your appointment, and bring it with you. This is a high quality shop that follows strict rules and guidelines for good reason.

I had an amazing experience at Luar a couple years ago with a very nerve racking piercing, from the moment I walked in I felt well taken care of and trusted my piercer immediately! I’ve had this said piercing done multiple times and this was by far the best experience, and it has healed the best over the years! I recommend everyone and am hoping to go back soon! Took my 10 year daughter today. The staff was great and the whole process was so easy and efficient. My daughter had her ears pierced 6 years ago and stopped wearing earrings after a bad infection. She didn’t actually need to get them pierced, only tapered which was nice as it was a significant decrease in price. Overall, a very nice experience. My daughter is already talking about getting further ear piercings there. Thank you so much.

Can't say enough good things about Luar! The atmosphere is amazing - bright, clean, full of plants and every person I've interacted with has been so welcoming. Sea was thoughtful, friendly and professional during my piercing appointment. It was nearly painless and is healing beautifully. Harleigh also helped me with some jewelry changes and had the most gentle, relaxing bedside manner. I feel confident their other piercers are equally lovely!

The team at Luar is amazing! They custom made a ring for my Daith, and it is beyond perfect! The studio is gorgeous and always smells incredible. Harleigh did a great job piercing my second lobes. I highly recommend Luar for all piercing and jewelry needs.

This is a great place to get pierced. It's a lovely, calming environment with free juice and water, and hanging plants everywhere. The jewelry is high quality and beautiful with lots of options. The staff are really helpful with explaining how different piercings work with different anatomy and all of the aftercare required. I have been to Luar several times and each time the piercers make sure that every needle is lined up in the right place and I'm happy with it before they start.

Sea pierced my Medusa and I am absolutely in love with it. She really took her time with the placement and consideration of my anatomy, explaining things as she went. The shop is really sweet as well, and her staff were lovely too. It was an awesome experience, Luar will be where I go for all future piercings now 😊

Got my nipple done today and I was as nervous as all hell. Harleigh and the rest of the staff there were wonderful and so chill. I never felt pressured to hurry or anything, and to boot, they were so supportive and empowering. I'd definitely go back again!

The piercers here are very experienced and knowledgeable. They know all about the right anatomy for certain piercings and will recommend changes or different ones if you can't it. Plus, the jewelry they offer is superb

I got my second holes pierced here a couple weeks ago and the staff who helped me were so nice! I was a little bit nervous but after reading the reviews and the staff atmosphere being so positive, I calmed right down, amazing experience, will be coming back If I decide to get more piercings!

Absolutely fantastic staff. I’ve gone there for 4 piercings to two different piercers and they are all so patient, friendly and fun to be around!(along with great prices) Luar is such a welcoming comforting environment and I know for a fact that I will be returning for any of my piercings in the future! Very disappointed with the services done and costumer service. My mom and I came in on October 7th because this place was highly recommended. However, we haven’t caught a break since. They used the wrong length of bar for my nose piercing and claimed “swelling is unpredictable”, that’s true, but why not use a longer one to ensure a successful healing process? My mom got her helix pierced, and at first they gave her the wrong earring, and today she was cleaning it and it broke. Very disappointing! Do better.

I love Luar! All staff is amazing and always so happy to help. Their jewelry is beautiful and of the best quality. I have very sensitive ears and have never had issues with their earrings. I will never go anywhere else to get pierced!

Amazing experience! It was so quick getting my nose and helix done I couldn't believe how fast it was. Amazing options to pick from and they are awesome giving care instructions. After two weeks my nose stud fell out and they fit me in that day to get it put back in. Can't thank the team enough for having such great customer service and such a welcoming and clean studio!

Had a great experience with Harleigh piercing my second lobes. She was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional and the studio is SO clean and inviting. I cannot remember the name of the equally as helpful and professional gal at the front desk, but both of them were beyond helpful and thorough, can't wait to get more piercings at Luar !

I had the great fortune to find Luar Body Piercing!! Harleigh and Alex are absolutely awesome!! They are so welcoming as soon as you enter. The atmosphere is clean, friendly and relaxed. They have lots of beautiful jewellery to chose from for your piercing. In fact, all the jewellery in my picture is from Luar. I can't say enough good things about the great experience I have had there!! Here is my story about how I found them: I had a call from the hospital and I needed to have my piercings changed out so I could have a medical scan the following day. I phoned 2 places and was basically laughed at and told it couldn't be done on such short notice. Then I tried Luar. They squeezed me in that day to have the holders put in and if that wasn't enough, because they were fully booked the following day, they stayed after work so I could have my jewellery put back in. They know what customer service truly is!! I have also recently had Sea Dawn add more piercings to my ear and I couldn't be happier with the experience and the results!! I highly recommend Luar for your piercing needs!

Some of my friends and I were able to get an appointment together and Alex did our piercings/changes. Both Harleigh and Alex were incredibly kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and made sure we knew how to properly care for our piercings. Alex was able to show me what she could do with what I wanted, and I left a little more knowledgeable than when I came in. Alex was very quick and smooth with my piercing. I also love that they have pretty titanium options for my super sensitive ears! I look forward to going back and can't recommend them enough.

I’ve been going to Luar since the very beginning, and over time I have gotten to know the worker’s quite well. They have always been so kind, accommodating and professional. The head piercer Sea is very knowledgeable in her craft and trains her apprentices well, as well as having the most gorgeous hand crafted jewelry selection.
