After visiting a few local jewellery stores in Kelowna, our friends let us know about Eugene at The Bench Jewellery Co. For my wedding ring, I was looking for a replica piece of my father's wedding ring and all the other shops were not even close to replicating this ring. I brought my father into The Bench with his ring, Eugene had a look at it and confidently said he could make the piece I was looking for. A few weeks later he created the cast that I got to go in and see. It was not exact, but it was perfect! Exactly what I was hoping for. Now I have my wedding ring that is a replica's of my father's. Eugene has created 3 rings for me. First was a personal diamond ring that I love and wear all of the time. Now he has made a stunning matched set of sapphire wedding rings for us, and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality. True artistry in gold. definitely always worth the wait.

I took in a collection of loose diamonds I'd accumulated over the years and Eugene created a lovely bracelet with them for me. Although the diamonds were all different sizes he was able to set them so the finished piece looks beautiful and elegant. I love it and wear it all the time!

Eugene reset my diamond and resized my engagement ring and wedding band. Because of the shape of the rings they ended up being a little bigger than the sizing rings so he had to resize them again without any extra charge. He did a beautiful job at a very reasonable price. They look like brand new again. I highly recommend him for your jewelry needs. Definitely a true craftsman! Thank you Eugene.

I took my wedding band to The Bench Jewellery Co to be fixed after another jeweler changed the shape of my ring to be oval without me asking. Eugene did a great job of repairing the shape and resizing the ring to my in-between size. It was perfectly round, clean and shiny when I got it back, and I'm very thankful! Exceptional service and craftsmanship. I live 3 hours away from Kelowna where there are no jewellers, we had to have our vehicle serviced in Kelowna and Eugene repaired and resized my wedding and engagement rings in the time we were in town. Eugene is a master craftsman. We got a custom engagement ring completed and the attention to detail that he can execute is ridiculous. Every diamond looks like it's behind glass because they are all lined up with such precision that they reflect perfectly. I can't wait to find some reason to come back and work with him.
