I didn't expect it to be so crowded on a weekday. I wonder what it would be like to have a reservation system and cram in so many people in one day? and. As a result, waiting times are longer and the nurses and receptionists have a bad attitude. The attitude of the ``dirty brown-haired old woman with a bob'' who works alongside the teacher is very bad. An old lady who looks down at you as if telling you to listen to instructions and act quickly. If my instructions are too insistent and I'm slow, I know what to say, ``I'll say it again, please sit here and wait,'' or ``come over here,'' and I feel like I need to adjust to my pace and feelings a little more. A nurse or assistant who can't listen to the patient's feelings or be considerate is a failure as a person. The person at the reception desk calls out into the microphone, ``Mr. ___, please wait in the waiting room,'' but he speaks too fast and his voice is so muffled that I can't hear him, perhaps because he's too close to the microphone. I can't really make out the words, so much so that I wonder if it's even Japanese. Hakihaki, separate! I want you to call me at a speed that I can hear. The only saving grace was that the doctor cared for his patients and treated me in a polite manner. I felt that I could trust him because he was kind enough to examine even small children. So I think it's a shame that the ratings are so low because of the naughty nurses and unfriendly old women at the reception desk. I think it is necessary to ``re-educate'' old women as much as to reshuffle the cabinet.

Reservations can now be made, and waiting times are shorter than before, but it's still very crowded. The doctor is constantly on the move from early in the morning until late at night, so much so that I wonder when he is taking a day off. He's a good doctor, so I want him to take a good look at me, but unfortunately he seems to be busy and I can't talk to him properly. I think it would be a good idea to narrow down the number of appointments per day and allow each patient to be examined carefully one by one.

I think he is efficient and thorough in his examinations and explanations. Personally, I would recommend otolaryngology. As others have written, it is crowded, so the consultation time may lag quite a bit later than the reservation time. However, you can see the number of people waiting in line, so I think it's a good idea to check that before heading out. You can also set a LINE notification when 20 people have served, which is convenient.

During the examination, I did not know where to consult and ended up seeking advice outside of my specialty, but instead of trying to mislead or ambiguous, he gave me the basis for his decision and advice on the department I should see. Even when I had a side effect from my medication and called for advice, they gave me accurate advice. Also, they told me to contact them anytime. It's always crowded, but I think it's because of the trust they have and how good their skills are. We recommend that you leave plenty of time for your appointment.

The teacher is a good person, but... The receptionist called me by the wrong name, and when I didn't expect it to be me, she came to me with a displeased look on her face, and even though she had to bend over to make eye contact with other patients, she stood up and looked down on me. Even though he smiles when talking to other people, the look on his face makes him look scary. At checkout, my name is called and I misplace my prescription on the way to pick it up. A regular? He's the kind of person who changes his attitude when he sees someone, even though he's chatting with other people, or rather, he's kind of mean. During the examination, the nurse asked in a surprisingly low voice, perhaps trying not to be heard by the doctor, ``Mr. ใ€‡ใ€‡, please get up on the examination table.'' A commanding tone. Don't they realize that both of their responses are making people feel uncomfortable? As far as I've seen from the reviews, no one else has said anything, so I wonder if they're acting that way because they're looking at other people...I'm disappointed. I'm sure I'll be indebted to you again, but I'm afraid of being treated like that again, so I'm thinking about going.

Recently, my daughter was born, so I took care of her as a parent and child. The teacher is a very kind teacher. I think it's amazing that you work while standing instead of sitting on a chair. Crowds vary depending on the day, but it's convenient because you can check the order online. However, the payment is slow. 30 minutes waiting for checkout. Faster hospitals may have less staff, but you'll be called to the accounting desk as soon as you leave the exam room, but here it's very slow. Is there a problem with your computer? It's such a waste because I feel so frustrated.

I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who has chronic sinusitis or tonsillitis and is looking for an otorhinolaryngologist in Kita Ward, Saitama City. I'm pretty sure he's an otorhinolaryngologist. I have been working with him since the single digits of 2000, and he never bothered to look around and took X-rays of my nose. Please take great action. Teacher. They will give you detailed instructions on how to take your medicine, what is good to take, and what is bad. They do thorough allergy tests, and they don't tell you just by looking at you (that it's dangerous); they look at your symptoms thoroughly and prescribe treatments and medicines that are appropriate for your symptoms. I feel that the fact that it is crowded is proof that each person is being examined carefully. In 2000, I went to about 4 other otorhinolaryngologists to see what they were doing, but they did not take X-rays on the first visit. I felt a sense of fear in a place that could hardly be called an otolaryngologist, such as seeing five people lined up and looking around because they didn't (can't?) perform natural mouth opening procedures. At Kawata Clinic, you don't have to worry about that. I was diagnosed with chronic sinusitis and tonsillitis, but with the doctor's careful treatment and appropriate prescription, my chronic sinusitis and empyema were cured without surgery. For my chronic tonsillitis, I was introduced to a skilled doctor, and I was able to undergo palatine tonsillectomy. I am extremely grateful. *A lot has been written about reservations, but I think it's great that you can make online reservations and also leave phone reservations so that even those without internet can make reservations. Make a reservation? I don't understand what you mean when you say there's no point in waiting. They will be called in order. If I didn't have it, I don't think I would be able to organize it. * Complaints about waiting time? I waited for 2 hours. It's about 2 and a half hours, but with Wi-Fi available, it's only about 2 and a half hours. It doesn't bother me at all. When the maxillary sinuses were cleaned, it took about 3 hours, but I have never found it difficult. It's nothing compared to waiting time at the internal medicine department of a real big hospital or at a pharmacy that handles dangerous drugs with my grandfather in attendance. Are you dissatisfied with this level? OK? That's what I want to say. If you don't like it, go to another hospital. I think. *Complaining about the nurses who are always kind to me. This is probably just a bad word! The internet isn't anonymous, right? There is no place where you can write whatever you want. Excessive name-calling can lead to defamation. Don't think that you can't identify it. I am always indebted to you. m(_ _)m I'm a person who can't drink Jeninac. Thank you for your continued support.

I haven't been to the doctor for a while because my nose wasn't feeling well, but due to work commitments, I recently visited another hospital and reconfirmed the quality of Kawata Clinic, so I posted this. As both a patient and a medical worker, I have never met a doctor who is able to devote so much of his energy to local medical care and provide personalized care to each individual patient. Also, this is my personal impression, but from my experience of having nasal procedures in particular at various hospitals since I was a child, the feeling of relief after the procedure was a wonderful feeling that I could not get at other hospitals. Nowadays, more and more people are complaining emotionally and for their own reasons, based on the premise that everyone can receive standard medical care at a low price due to universal health insurance in Japan. I hope that you will continue to take good care of your own physical and mental health, and that you will continue to play an active role in local medical care. We look forward to working with you in the future if your nasal condition worsens.

At first glance, she seems to be a very personable teacher, and is kind when speaking to the children, but I have always noticed that she treats parents very harshly. After the treatment was completed, without looking at me, I said, ``I'll give you some medicine.'' I wasn't sure what the symptoms were, so I asked, "Is it hay fever or something?" In a loud voice, โ€œI didnโ€™t say that!โ€ I was glared at. Every time I ask a question, it seems to be noisy. I understand that you are busy, but as a parent, it is natural to feel anxious if your child does not receive a polite answer to your questions or provide an explanation. Other mothers have said similar things. did. At another hospital, I finally found a doctor who was willing to sit down and explain things to me and answer all my questions carefully, and I finally felt at ease.

I am always taking care of my parents and children. The child is one and a half years old, but the teacher treats him while speaking kindly to him. The procedure is quick, so I don't cry every time. It also removes earwax! When I went to the doctor with a sore throat, I had an X-ray taken. I was surprised to have to have an X-ray done because my throat was sore. Besides, it has nothing to do with the sore throat, right? I was prescribed medicine that I thought would be wrong, but when I took the medicine, my symptoms eased. He is a wonderful doctor who takes X-rays for my sore throat, prescribes the appropriate medicine, and makes a correct diagnosis. I don't make baseless diagnoses just because I'm busy. At the first visit, the doctor himself asked about my daily lifestyle and took a thorough interview. It's true that he speaks so fast that it's hard to understand at times, but if you ask him again, he'll respond properly. Then wait for the bill. . . However, if anything happens in the future, my family and I will continue to seek help from you.
