If your symptoms do not improve even after long-term consultation, we recommend a second opinion. There is also an otorhinolaryngology clinic in front of Toro Station. I'm a female teacher. All staff members are also women. Online reservations are possible. Sometimes improvements can be made by listening to multiple opinions. (The below is my second impression) Recently, the response has changed. There aren't many smiles from the receptionist, but the service is no longer the same as before. I also get the impression that the teacher's speaking style has become softer. I haven't had any problems with the examination before, and he does a good job. It's always crowded after school, so we recommend making reservations early. (First impression below) The woman at the reception is available for salt. The phone is also tsundere. Impressively, I feel like I won't be in trouble even if you don't come. The teacher seems to have a lot of experience, but he doesn't have the "heart" for hospitality. It may feel cold. He speaks quickly and tries to finish quickly. My younger brother has a dentist office next door to the same building, but when I asked him about it, he said, ``I don't know.'' The building is very clean, there is a large parking lot, and there are no problems with the examination itself, so I feel like I have no choice but to go there. There are 2 stars because everything can be salted. Reservations are required and can be done online, but you can only do it on the same day. Also, afternoon reservations cannot be made until a certain time in the morning. Let's check it out from time to time. After entering your reservation, you will receive an email confirming that your appointment has been completed and an email notifying you that your appointment is approaching, which is very convenient. That's why I'm disappointed in the salt handling.

I visited the doctor for the first time because I had a persistent sore throat. 【It was good point】 ・You can make a reservation online (on the same day only), and you will receive an email with instructions when your turn approaches. ・Since the system allows you to come to the hospital after being guided, there is less waiting time from reception to the consultation (for me, it took about 10 minutes from reception to filling out the initial consultation questionnaire). ・After the examination and treatment, the payment was made immediately (in about 20 seconds for me). ・I had some questions, so I asked the teacher some questions, and he answered them thoroughly. ・It is located in a corner of a residential area, so it is quiet. There is a large parking lot [Points that caught my attention] ・There were many private conversations from the receptionist. ・A child with a fever had been in the hospital for a while (we do not have a system to check in front of the hospital, but to check whether the child has a fever verbally or in the questionnaire if it is a first visit) ← Parent and child came to the hospital, but the receptionist The person asked, ``Does your child have a fever?'' The parent said, ``Yes,'' and the receptionist said, ``Please wait outside.'' I was a little scared because he was coughing. At other otolaryngology clinics, there were many cases where I had to wait a long time, so my overall satisfaction was high.

I think the treatment of the teachers and nurses is very nice. However, the young woman at the reception desk was more unpleasant. I believe that the receptionist is the face of the hospital, but if the person speaks in such a blunt and blunt manner, I think it will make the patient feel even worse. I was asked to wait outside even though I didn't have a fever, and everyone else was inside, so why was it just me? That's what I felt.

After moving, I searched for a doctor and went to see him based on the location and reviews. A very kind teacher. That's not to say, but you will be able to understand the painful symptoms right away. I have visited the doctor several times, but my condition has always been cured with treatment and prescribed medication. I took prescription medicine for the after-effects of the coronavirus, and it quickly healed. We have patients from small children to the elderly, and we have a system where you can make reservations from the website and receive an email when it's your turn to see us. (It seems like there are a lot of family patients, so even if you make a reservation, it will be a long time before your turn.) So) Currently, it appears to be only open during lunch hours, but they also have outpatient clinics for fevers, and they seem to be able to respond to coronavirus-related issues as well. It is now an indispensable family hospital. Another person mentions a female doctor in front of Toro Station, but I guess that's when my health worsened and I developed severe tonsillitis, which required 3 IV drips. I don't recommend it...(I visited the clinic because it was closed)

Some people are recommending an otorhinolaryngologist with a female doctor in front of Toro Station as a second opinion, but to be frank, I cannot recommend this otorhinolaryngologist because he does not care about the patient's feelings at all. Even though I was seriously suffering from tinnitus, I was prescribed medicine that looked like cold medicine. From now on, I switched to Sumi-san. Hasumi may seem a bit businesslike, but she is a good otorhinolaryngologist who takes her patients seriously. When does tinnitus occur? Is dizziness affected by season or weather? I received questions such as: Also, people over 60 years old can be treated directly at the hospital without making an online reservation. I gave it 4 stars because I think the response was a little too bureaucratic. We also recommend Shinai Pharmacy, located in front of the hospital, for its courteous service.

The attitude of the woman at the reception is bad. A person with a large body. High pressure. I think it's better to do something about it because it sounds disgusting even just saying normal things.

He has been a regular at this hospital since its establishment. Online reservations are now even better. I'm glad I was able to do it the day before. I wanted to go to the hospital because the nosebleed wouldn't stop, but the hospital was closed so I went to another hospital, but they couldn't stop the bleeding and I was told that it was my ``family'' doctor, so I went back to see the doctor. (Because even though I went to see a doctor, it still appeared even after I got home.) I immediately identified the location of the nosebleed and had it treated because I needed to cauterize it to stop the bleeding. No medication required. The reservation system has improved, so please check the second email that comes after the reservation completion email asking you to come to the hospital before coming to the hospital. I don't think I was in the hospital for more than 30 minutes. Pay the bill immediately after the medical examination. It's stress free. I should have been patient and waited even though it was a day off from the beginning instead of going to another hospital. Is it a nosebleed? It stopped 😊Maybe it's obvious.

Thank you for helping me clean my child's ears. Even for my first visit, I was able to make a reservation online, which saved me a lot of time. The receptionist, the nurse? All the teachers were very kind and polite. Both the parent and child feel refreshed as the earwax is thoroughly removed. Since it was first thing in the morning, it wasn't too crowded so I waited at the reception, but there seemed to be quite a few people waiting in their cars. (Apparently you will be notified by a buzzer when you are due to be examined) I thought it would be a good idea to prevent infection. I felt at ease because I was used to talking to and responding to children very kindly.

My 1-year-old son had a cough and a runny nose, and the pediatrician told him it was a cold.Even though he was taking medicine, there was no improvement and he came to see our clinic. I had my ears examined and was immediately diagnosed with otitis media. It took some time for it to heal completely because he had persistent otitis media, but after checking his ears and nose every time, I was able to tell my son that I had done my best! I think he is a very kind teacher to the children, and he talks to me about things like this. There are toys and puzzles placed next to the inhaler that make vehicle sounds when you press the button, so children are less likely to dislike inhalation. My son, who used to hate hospitals every time he has a runny nose or cough, is now able to high-five the doctor and say goodbye before leaving the exam room. If you don't make an appointment, the receptionist will tell you, ``If you don't make an appointment, you'll have to wait a long time, so please make an appointment.'' However, if you make an appointment, the waiting time at the hospital will be short. There is also a children's space.

Last time I went to see this doctor because I had a sore throat, I didn't like the tongue depressor (the stick that holds the tongue when examining the throat) and I had to open it myself, so I asked them not to use it. Even though I told her that, she tried to forcefully hold me down and let me in, so I was very scared. In the end, I was examined using an endoscope through my nose, but after that I was wondering if I could open my throat properly? When I opened it and showed it to them, it seemed to be fine, and I was saddened by the thought of why I was so scared.
