The store is located in a corner of a small commercial facility along National Route 16 in Nishi-ku, Saitama City. Because of this, there are many customers visiting the store even on weekdays, and the store is often full. There are also long lines at the drive-thru. *There's a high school nearby, so I guess people use it a lot when they're home 😅 Also, on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays ㊗️, people from the neighborhood gather with their families from early in the morning. Oh yeah, even the elderly order only coffee☕️ and stay for a long time, so I wonder if the turnover rate is bad〰 By the way, I request a car wash every month at a nearby gas station ⛽️ and use the service while I wait.

Even when they are very busy they are all very friendly. My Japanese is terrible but they have patience with me. Manager is always smiling at me, even when busy. Clean and presentable food. I am impressed :)

It is located along the bypass and shares a parking lot with multiple stores. Due to this, it is difficult to park when it is crowded. The staff are said to be efficient.

When I ordered delivery, the intercom wasn't pressed and there were no app notifications, so my meal was left unattended for 30 minutes on a rainy day in the middle of summer.
