最悪。 店員は急がない。 別に混んでもないのに 注文から30分以上待たせる。 トイレも汚い。 しまいには提供順もめちゃくちゃ。 調理遅くなるとか、 トラブルがあるなら先に言えばいい。 何分待てばいいのかも目安が分からずただただストレス。

正直言って店員のやること一つ一つが効率悪すぎます。 対して店も忙しくもないくせに提供が遅い。 店員も無愛想。ありがとうございましたと申し訳ございません、少々お待ちくださいが言えないの？飲食店の基本でしょ？ 有り得なさすぎ。 たった牛丼1つ注文しただけなのに遅い。とにかく遅い。 店員さんも店からお金もらってるぐらいなら少しは改善ぐらいして欲しい 味は普通です。 ですが星一つもつけたくないです

I was coming to the store for a take out meal around 10:30 in the evening. The female staff was very unfriendly. She purposely ignored me for a whole minute so I cant pay for my food. She also put my food in a very small bag that I couldnt not even find any space to put even the chopsticks inside.

In my opinion, the food taste in this chain was better than other sukiya in my area. I ordered original beef lunch set menu around 2 pm. Not many people there.

Food took a long time to serve and it was not warm. Kids meal is missing apple though it is in the menu. Tried to tell the staff but it looks like apple is sold out. Should have exclude from menu in this case.

Sukiya have one of the best taste of gyudon in my opinion, and they're open 24h
