This is located in a prime location near Thoraipakkam Signal inside BSR Mall. They have a variety of clothes for Kids, Men and Women. Two floor Westside showroom, one big floor for women and next for men, wide range of products from apparel to footwear and perfumes and also home decor. Location is inside bsr mall just on thoraipakkam junction.

I experienced a very bad act today by employees at Westside Thoraipakkam (BSR mall). As we billed the items and passed through the exit there was an beep sound, and the sales staffs stoped us and started checking my handbag without my permission and they found nothing extra, it was really embarrassing. They left the customers who went in front of us without even checking them properly. A renowned store where there is no ethics and customer value, even though we are civilized but some behave worse than animals. The management should train the staffs about moral ethics before engaging them into work.

1. The parking basement passage are not wide enough to even accomodate a C segment car . 2. Totally unacceptable to have seen my car being blocked by double parking done by the valet drivers . If parking slots are full , the management shouldnt accept further more incoming cars into the parking area. 3. There are only 2 stools inside Westside for customers to sit . What will elderly people do ? Where will they go and sit ? 4. The AC was hardly working in Westside , we were sweating and didnt feel like shopping and we left .

The store is huge having great Collection of clothings for all Women,men and kids. This also has home decor items as well there. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Worst customer service... was waiting for billing for 1 hour.. they gave hand written bill... there was no one in ground floor to help with sizes or colors... tried the shoes.. plz do check for broken or damaged heels.. I asked u is this damaged .. they said take this or else leave... manager won't be in billing section at all .. don't ever go to this Westside... all girls just see perfect corners and talk in phone..

Nice collections, but men winters collection is too thin and does not have enough quality.

Very poor customer service. The girls there doesn’t want to do any work or help the customers. Their attitude was so bad especially when I asked them to check stock.
