Dress collections are back like per covid Collections for Men and women are pretty decent Even though it could better which would save the trip to Malls where pantaloons outlet has wide variety But still this is good Two wheeler and car parking is not an issue You can leisurely go through the collection select without any hurry Highly recommended

Pantaloons is a big store with a prime location on the main road. They offer a diverse and extensive collection for all tastes. The staff is notably helpful, making the shopping experience even more enjoyable.

Very nice branch. I had to exchange a dress that was 2 days more than 30 days. 30 days is their exchange window. They didn't make a fuss and accepted the dress. The collection is also good and need not say about Pantaloons quality. Such kind gestures make us come back to the shop. Thank u all who assisted me today❤

1. Staff is back bitching about customers especially when the customer is non local they were speaking alot. 2. Staff is always disturbing by roaming behind the customers. 3. Ratings are meant to be public interest even if staff wanted to, They must have ask customers politely. I havenot observed that politeness while doing that.

The best store at this location.....have best collections and new stock with wide ranges....i will never disappoint here as i will get always what I wanted here..

The have a pretty good collection of clothing for women. But their on-floor shopping assistance was terrible and floundering during my visit. You could see no professionalism amongst the sales girls and the sales men too are aloof which makes sense us wonder what are they paid for. Not to mention the maintenance of the shop- less than ideal.

2 stars for the excellent customer service.Though they do excellent service and the offer is great.. I feel you need to change few things in your showroom.. I see that staffz forcing to put feedback.. Not sure if they get awards or incentives.. 2. Also, I don't understand why do you provide offers when you charge cgst.. and there is GST in the bill.. 3. On top of it You are giving recommendations to the customers to be a member by paying 1000 extra and thats for an year.. Happy with the quality and staff service.. but not happy at the cash counter by forcing the customer to put 10 and hidden charges stating cgst, GST and so on.. This feedback is not for the staff.. it's for the pantaloons management... Next time I prefer to purchase it from direct outlet.. Thank you
