The timings mention in the board are not at all followed. Doctor comes later than the time mentioned and scan reports are very much delayed. One person was made to wait more than 90 minutes though their test was done in the morning. They ask you to come for the report, but they don't keep it ready and make you wait. Payment alone is collected upfront, maybe to ensure people don't leave because of their services.

A well maintained centre... Hospitality and their service was good. Appointment handling is one of their best ones. All type of test like blood test, ECG, Digital x-ray, Scan, Doppler study, Echo ect.... Service 5⭐ Ambiance 5⭐ Knowledge 5⭐ Location 5⭐ Parking 5⭐

Good ...Neat and clean.. Have waiting area with more seats and with ac. Have wheel chair for older people.

In Priya diagnostic we visited thoraipakkam..staffs were too good.. especially sister Devika was so helpful. Had a nice experience in this lab

Faculty were very nice and polite. The staff members at this center truly outstanding provided service throughout my visit. Came here for an master checkup. The ultrasound technicians are incredible skills and knowledgeable. Excellent team of dedicated staff and it was a job well done.

Hidden gem for all those who are in ECR and OMR First class treatment by staff ,punctual and systematic.The rates are extremely affordable ,the same scam in some corporate hospital was charged the triple amount than Priya .

Please do not take any tests here,only because of the people at the front desk. They do not provide required details as asked for. They are only focused on collecting the fees. They promise to take all tests but end up forgetting to take few other tests

Such a pathetic place where the front desk people are very irresponsible, rude and can't speak politely ...they were disrespectful as if they were providing free service.. We booked an online appointment for 1pm but on arrival they said that we need to await until 2 pm since the doctor was not in yet. At first we were told that we were 2nd in the list. Apparently we went out for a few mins and came back. Upon arrival they said to pay the bill and only then we will be allotted coupon and now we are 12th in the waiting list. We tried to justify that we were in first and mentioned that im in terrible pain but they wouldn't care. We had to literally barge out without getting the test done... This is a worst lab with no proper appointment management. Only go if you are ready to waste your time and whole day.
