Best customer service and hospitality compared to their competitors! The taste was very good! Any minor complaints we say, they address it quickly and make sure that you are happy by bringing the new food! Main course was tasty! The egg fried rice was bland at start. When i said that i was specially brought a new fried rice to make sure that i was satisfied before leaving! Kudos to the team for great hospitality! Overall an excellent experience! Cons: Parking availability/No valet parking!

I have been to BBQ Nation earlier as well, compared to other branches here you should ask them what ever you want otherwise you will miss many thing.but not bad on compare to similar set up of restaurants. Don't have words for the service team,one of the best team here compare to others, They will not say "NO" to the customer.

We went to this branch of barbeque nation for the team lunch. Starters are good, tastes good, spice level perfect. Fish and prawn starters can be improved. Prawns are not cleaned properly. Mutton starters can be included additional. Live counters are very good. Desert options are really great. Parking for car is little tough we have to park on the service lane. Bike parking is available. Will suggest this restaurant for the team lunch or family crowd. Most of the options such as honey chicken they moved to live counters and it is always crowded. Overall it was good but they have to include more varieties of food.

The food was really good, the starters were excellent. They also had chat corner with the buffet. The desserts were also good but the best thing was their customer service they really really take care of the customers well. Hats of to you guys! We have a great dinner with kids there.

Well maintained ambience all around. People helping to reach my food to my desk are doing their level best. Kudos to all of them. As we know we have starters,main course and desserts were available. Fried Chicken leg is the special dish which we can get here. Overall it was good to have. For two wheeler we may have parking space but for four wheelers we don't have. Should park in the service road and dine there. Hope this will be resolved

We spent about 800+ for one person amd we tried vegetarian foods, which was good. Fried corns, panner tikka were awesome and would rate other foods as met expectations. Service was awesome and they had much patience to change the items in case if it's too spicy also if you wish to drink any beverages which is not included in buffet.

BBQ Nation stands for its delicacy in starters and desserts. I spent a beautiful evening with my colleagues on a vibe of the New Year. The atmosphere inside was amazing. The music, the ambience around was literally something to experience during a dinner. Now, coming to the food (waiting for that, right! :) ) So, starters are really well cooked, well prepared and well served! Different kinds of veg and non-veg options are there, may it be fruits, fish, panipuri or meat. Don't forget to try the Chicken Sheekh Kebab and the Tangri Kebab. Skipping the main course part, as I didn't find something really unique in that. But you will get North Indian as well as South Indian options. Also, the live counter was there (serving really quick, give it a try). Desserts were really awesome. Kulfi, brownies, cakes and my favourite baby Gulab-jamuns :) :). What are you thinking now?? Good place to have family dinner and friends get together dinner! Standard service, good taste. Starters are too Good! Buffet is also good but limited menu! We went to the restaurant with lots of expectations but the non-veg buffet didn't got fulfilled. All the Non veg starters tasted the same except the honey chicken which was sweet. But I will vouch for the deserts section...their sweets and kulfi with different varieties are good. But the ice cream only has two flavours but they are great tooo. The service was a little bit slow but they treated us with good care. It's a one time try restaurant.

Good range of veg and non veg grills. Paneer, mushroom, pineapple, corn on the cob, veg cutlet , baby potato, fried corn for the veg. Chicken , fish , prawns , mutton kabab for the non veg. Food was super yummy. Unlimited food. Though things have change after corona - welcome drink is missing, also birthday celebration is not same as before. But taste of food is the same. Staff is trying to maintain social distancing, but better to say them if you feel that it's not being maintained. Staff is very supportive.

The place is jam packed on Sundays. Went there for a Sunday noon after booking in 'eazy dinner'. The person in charge of the seating was overwhelmed and didn't bother to even acknowledge our presence with us waiting for a good fifteen minutes. They were giving seats to straight walk-ins. What's the point of booking if we could have just showed up straight. There isn't a dedicated parking. Had to park in the service road. I was really surprised by this. The food was good. They served as fast as they could but then the selection could have been better. Have seen far better barbecue nations. I for one am not visiting this place again for sure. And I'm not sure of other days, but anyone planning on visiting on Sundays, strongly suggest not to visit.

Staff is Freindly, best for birthday parties and they even provide free birthday cakes and parcel them also incase if you need.

This is one of the best places to eat, if you're a foreigner you have the opportunity to taste many dishes and in addition if you want something special (like less spicy, condiments or more) they prepare your food at that moment. It's really nice!!

Perfect place for a group of Foodies. They serve varieties of delicious Veg and Non Veg food in Buffet. Might not be a budget-friendly option. But, considering the fact that it is unlimited, it is definitely worth visiting. The staffs are very courteous and friendly. The chef himself comes to enquire about the food's taste. They customize the food according to your liking as well. Look out for special food seasons and festivals to taste their uniquely delicious food.

Booked through EazyDiner along with vouchers. For 12:30 pm slot, found the restaurant to be full house already. Sujit and Selim had attended our table and they were polite, courteous and quite suggestive to try new items. The service was great. Starters were good except Soya chaap. For a feedback on Veg Kebab, they were quick to provide alternate kebab which was quite tasty and good...Desserts were good...Dahi and Paani Puri from live counter was awesome...the kulfi counter also has decent 5-6 options...Salads, sweet were the normal ones and okay. Atmosphere is not good compared to others. Main thing is barbeque fire. It's not even hot... I asked them to replace it twice. Still not satisfied. Coal barbeque is good. I won't go second time again here... Not recommended

Overall Barbeque Nation Food Quality has always been good from the very beginning.. No complaints on that part.. I feel that Menu can be expanded a bit more.. There are options now where other buffet restaurants are offering now a days.. This restaurant being a pioneer in this business should think of something innovative and surprise customer i feel to keep the loyal base and increase patronage.. Likewise.. Why don't add up items in Menu like Fried Chicken., Burgers.. Etc., just a thought.. A chineese day once a month or based on frequency or popularity in locality etc.,

I expected the service to be similar to their other outlets. A lot of disappointment. Charged Rs 1000 per head for three persons and no discount was applied on the bill and no other compliments. The staff are very careless, arguing between them, don't know why. The usual feedback not taken from us on that day. Why these disappointments occur, I expected the services they provided in their other outlets. The quality and taste of all the food is good as usual. Suggestion: Instead find another 'Barbecue Nation' nearby for your better experience. Otherwise you will be pealed by them.

I am a regular customer of bbq nation and I have always got excellent food and service whenever I step into their franchises. However about this franchise I need to mention this that there are over ten steps to climb up to enter the restaurant and those planning to take elderly along or anyone in wheel chair please mind this statement. If you are planning for a huge gathering then this franchise can accommodate a maximum of 20 together (only 1 table like this) and then remaining tables can be put together to accommodate a maximum of 12 people (couple of tables like this). Rest as usual excellent and weekday offers and other special day offers keep flowing.

Specially for Banda with team awesome job, All veg & non- veg superb taste, Verity, etc. Only one -ve All tables are small like 4, 6, 8 only available. If u come with big gang unable arrange single table.. Otherwise all things are superb.

Today went to BBQ, My experience with the restaurant is very worst. 1) We need to wait for starters for Minimum 30 minutes. 2) Even I raised a concern to the supervisor, my issue was not solved. 3) customer service is very worst. 4) They served the starters second time after raising my concern Many times, the food doesnt have salt in it and taste is very worst. 5) They are not saying list of foods available for the buffet. 6) Main course food is not hot. 7) They dont have enough people to serve. 8) This is not usual buffet, we need to order food and then they will bring it. 9) No live counters. I suggest no one go to this particular restaurant now, during this covid situation, its totally waste of money. I can give " Zero" star only for this restuarant.

The total order was over Rs.1200. GRAVY Quantity was half the container. Chicken Roll was terrible with cabbage and carrot shredded and very little chicken. What an irresponsible restaurant. I have a child waiting to eat food at 830pm, and im left with small portions of food. Terrible. I order almost every day on swiggy, what a waste to order from bbq nation. Total cheats! Will not recommend to anyone and will not order again. Look at the photograph. That's not even enough for 2 rotis. How dare they!! It costs Rs.240+ per dish and that's how audacious these guys are. Do not order from here if you're hungry.

As usual one of the best barbecue, especially on the service part. I have visited almost every barbecue in the city, they all have lots of options but when it comes to food quality and service barbecue nation comes first. The service remain same for a decade.

Perfect for team lunches and parties. Ambience was great and there was plenty of parking space. Pricing was on a bit higher side compared to other places. And offers were not that great either. Main course varieties were limited and didn't taste that good. Overall experience was okay.
