This McD Branch was really awesome. Better redeem deals through mobile application, then make order for good deals. It's located near ptc bus stop (walkable distance) . During weekdays, surely you'll get window tables . But during Friday evening, you need to visit early to get those window tables. STOP SHOWING YOUR RUDE BEHAVIOUR TO THE CUSTOMERS! You might be tired or working very long, that doesn't mean for you to show attitude to customers who is coming here for a food. It was just because my card wasn't working for the first time, I requested to swipe instead of using chip, she then started behaving rude (pulling the swipe machine fast, swiped my card super fast, and so on) I requested to do slow, she then stared at me, keep irritating your customers like this. Thank you!

Absolutely pathetic service and food: Please do yourself a favour and don't visit this outlet. They served the Mexican and Maharaja burgers without any veggies(tomatoes, jalapeno, pepper). Cheesy fries had mayonnaisse instead of cheese. Fries were soggy. Upon asking they said the veggie ingredients weren't available. They did not even inform us before. They are just cheating the customers with plain burgers for all the orders. The guy at the counter didn't care and just blamed his employees. They even served the coke hot, it's supposed to be a cold drink. Totally ruined the night. Not worth spending even a penny here and I spent 800 for this horrible experience.

I strongly recommend against this McDonald's. I ordered large mac aloo tikki burger meal through zomato but what I received was a total disgrace. They sent me a small burger of size lesser than my palm. Inside the burger there was nothing but sauce and a bunch of onion slices. The fries were cold and soggy. I had to throw the fries. They sent me cold drink without a straw. Cold drink had more ice than the drink. This trash meal costs nearly 300 Rs. These people scammed me.

Thanks to McDonald's they will provide the food on time service.. food was so good then they will provide balloons for my child 😄 overall satisfied 🥰

Service is top notch as expected. Seating is also plenty. Only issue I had was most of the items will not be available on weekends, e.g. none of the soft drinks were available last time I visited.

Had a veg burger, fries and drink combo, it was tasty and served within a short time. The place is bang on omr and has plenty of parking space. The ambience is awesome. Service is also good.

We stopped here for a quick bite, and asked for a happy meal for our daughter, as she wanted the toy(book) and till the time we left even after asking for it 3-4 times they did not provide it as they did not have it I an sure. Point is if they did not have it, they should have told us accordingly we could have bought everything differently and not in a meal. It was a waste of money for the meal. This was the 2nd time we experienced the same from this place. Thumbs down. Not going here ever. Less staff, kept passing the blame to one another, staff not trained and nobody knows what is kept where.

Ample space and way less crowded than other branches. Parking 4 wheelers might be a problem as there is not enough space. 2 Wheelers can be parked anywhere on the service road.

Nice place. Good junk food. Very friendly and helpful staff who explain patiently if we don't understand something. There are touch screens to order, so you don't need to wait.

McDonald's always a favourite spot to hang out with friends.. budget friendly probably... I always get melted with the mcflurry.. hot servings of dishes... Easy to choose from the varieties.. friendly natured employees.. that the new option of we can order our dish ourselves in those e order poll that they hav is quite lovely ..

I would like to change my review.. I had given a horrible review based on the experience. But never expected Mc Donald's to take it so seriously. Thanks to the manger Bala. They have improved the quality of the food and seriously no complaints at all.

Its good but they didnt give details regarding the drink they provide with meals pack. So many ice cubes were there. I thought it will be some coke or similar drink. It was like sprite with 5 to 6 big ice cubes. I got throat infection next day.

Place is good. Parking may have problem on peak timings. We ordered ice cream fudge and they gave only ice cream without fudge cake. So giving 3 star

Spicy fried chicken was out of stock so have to get the chicken stripes , which was nothing compared to the fried chicken in taste. 🤷‍♀️

No car parking.. service is miserable… in billing counter they are putting mask and replying back which is not very clear to the customer… instead they can talk little slow and louder. Confusing the customer and billing… I ordered happy meal… instead of French fries they gave corn … not coveyed properly with what they are offering in that meal… no display for this as well

A good customer service experience. We were able to order everything on the menu. Had the spicy chicken burger and iced coffee. Cleanliness and hygiene are top notch. It's a good place to grab a quick snack. Chicken kebab burgers on whole wheat buns are absolutely delicious. In their app, there will be good offers. Service is friendly and courteous. Highly recommended branch in Chennai.

Well sanitised and neatly maintained premises. Lots of options in burgers and combo meals. The quality of fries has come down a little but overall a go to for best burgers.
