😠 Arrived at 12:30, triage at 12:33, and left at 4:20 without being seen. Came to the ER with severe neck pain, which shot down both arms. Couldn't handle waiting in the low backed furniture in the Waiting Room. Also, if the receptionist knew the wait was going to be that long those checking in shoul... Arrived at 12:30, triage at 12:33, and left at 4:20 without being seen. Came to the ER with severe neck pain, which shot down both arms. Couldn't handle waiting in the low backed furniture in the Waiting Room. Also, if the receptionist knew the wait was going to be that long those checking in should have been told, so they could make their own choices about seeking treatment elsewhere. I overheard her telling someone inquiring about a loved one how long the wait was. She said she tried to tell EMSA workers that, but they still sent patients there. Walk in patients deserve the same information. Still have no idea about my neck, except still in great pain. Only now adding frustrated to the mix.

I went to the ER last night, presenting with possible heart attack symptoms. After I was called back for triage, they took my blood pressure which was very high, and then sent me back out into the waiting room with no other testing at that time. I was concerned that I could’ve had a heart attack in the waiting room as they hadn’t done an EKG, or anything else to find out if I was really having a heart attack. When they finally did get me back to a room two hours later, they did do some lab work and a chest x-ray and this doctor whose name was Shawn Kache , asked me if I wanted to stay the night. I said no, but I didn’t know that the cardiologist wanted to do extensive testing on me. I didn’t find that information out until the next day. As I say, I was very disappointed in the quality of care that I was given during my stay. I am pretty sure that the Cardiologist never knew that I wasn’t informed that he wanted to do more testing on me. I think this must be pretty common with women coming in and presenting heart attack symptoms, which may be why so many of them die .

Everything there was lousy I would never come back again, and I will try to report y’all to somebody only thing was good with the doctor. She was great everyone else and everything else was bunk. Oh yes, I have one good nurse don’t know her name but she was a good nurse.

It was a horrible experience. I know how triage works and, I believe the sickest people should be seen first regardless of when they come in. That is not what happened. The lead nurse was picking and choosing people she knew to be seen. And, in addition to this was rude to other patients as if she was above them. That’s how I saw the situation unfold. It used to be an amazing ER, now it is trash. I left without being seen and I better not be charged either.

I wont be back no matter the emergency was an overall horrible experience worse Dr. I ever have seen before. There were a few good nurses I think couldn't tell no one was nice or listened to me the patient. Never been stuck so many times with failed attempts. An too much ego we come to nurses an dr fir help not belittling or bullying!

Unprofessional staff! Nurse didn't know how to use the equipment nor did she know how to change the bed sheets. The ER department was dirty no mask, hand sanitizer was available in the waiting area. The check in lady was rude. They didn't offer a nurse call button in the ER room nor did they offer privacy for the patient in the ER room they left the curtain open while trying to get her prepared to use the restroom.Left it up to the family member to get her paddings for her and place them under her.

For an ER visit, my experience could not have been more pleasant. From the Security person as we entered the facility, the discharge nurse and everyone in between, all were kind, competent and helpful. I loved and was very impressed with Dr. Borin. He is a smart, highly-experienced and compassionate physician. Plus, he made me feel at ease. All the nurses and attendants were quite friendly. I felt like I was in good hands. When I need future hospital care, I will be returning to Saints!

Worse experience ever! I will never go to the ER there again! My Dr is associated with that hospital so I went to that ER! There is no such thing as Privacy Policy Laws concerning your privacy. When you check in you have to scream thru a microphone as to what your there for. Only to wait for 3 hours in the waiting room to never be seen. You may as well take a number and have them call you back 5 hrs later when it's your turn. Never Again Will I Go There!

The hospital is very busy at this time, so I had to wait quite a long time, but that was fine because once I was taken back, I was listened to and given the best treatment by all staff. They were cheerful and accommodating even though they were so busy. The nurses and doctors really listened to me and helped me to find a solution that I didn’t think was possible. Thank you to everyone.

I came in the ER with a b/p of 164/114. Nausea, h/a and pain radiating down arm. I sat in the waiting room for over 3 hours with a urine sample in hand and was never seen besides when they checked my blood pressure, which was 192/115 when they got to check it. I am a nurse and felt so helpless! I can only imagine how people feel that are not in the medical field! This is very poor service! Thankfully I have a good relationship with my PCP who is unfortunately with SSM, that I was able to call him to get the assistance I needed. ZERO stars for this Emergency Room!

I am thankful for this ER dept. I was having a heart attack and went in. They treated me fantastic. Fixed my blockage problems, treated my blood pressure and high cholesterol. I feel so much better. Got sick about a month later, had to go back.of course it was different staff members working. Although, I wasn't admitted the care wasn't the same. I felt as though I was bothering them. The Dr . just had a horrible bed side manner. One that a dead frog would have. If you can imagine. The nurse I had couldn't even tell me what the pills were she was giving me. She said either Tylenol or ibuprofen. Needless to say I gave them back to her. I took my own Ibuprofen that I had on my purse. The Dr even lied in her documentation staying that I didn't have anyone there with me. Which was a bold face lie. My sister had drove in from Lawton to check on me. She is the one I left with. She witnessed the nurse not knowing what pills she was giving me. My sister and I are both nurses. I have been for over 20 years. I am still shocked regarding my care provided the second trip to the ER. I am still debating contacting the Oklahoma board of Nursing. I know I will, I have to. Along with reporting the Dr. There is no way I can live with myself, knowing that false documentation was done, and I didn't do anything about it. If you are not a part of the solution, you are part of the problem. That is my motto. I am sure they are capable of providing better care. They were sure lazy on this day. They should be ashamed of themselves! I am really embarrassed for them!

The ER nurses and physician and CT crew were amazing. I always get excellent care when I go to Saint Anthony hospital's. Your staff deserves more than a 5 star review.

Personally I love this hospital! The staff here is amazing! I can tell that they really care about my health and that they love their jobs. You don't get that at very many hospitals and I'm always grateful for all the doctors and nurses that take care of me and my family here.

I would definitely recommend St. Anthony’s. I arrived at 9:48am and was checked in and in a room by 10:10a. Everyone I encountered was extremely pleasant. Unfortunately I was there till 2:30 but due to CT Scan being backed up. But in and out of an emergency room Having blood work, IV and CT Scan in 4hrs I still think was pretty good. Dr and nurses explained everything that was going on and very helpful

This ER/ED is not recommended for those going alone or in severe back pain. Front desk nurse refused to answer an questions or make any accommodations for severe back pain. I could barely write words or fill out the form legibly. Sitting wasn't an option for my lower back pain and I attempted to lean against a wall. I keep falling while standing ... I asked for a blanket 3 times so I could collapse on something that was not a filthy floor. Gross beyond belief to expect a person to be sitting on that writhing in pain. ( Even the security guard was concerned ) Over an hour she watched me fall to the ground a few times and never said a word. Just a smug look and the noise of her phone playing a movie. Attempting to hold myself up in a position not flooding my body with pain strained my back was in more pain than not going. She also gave no instructions during the fire alarm either .. which is really messed up. She made a bad situation into a terrible one.

All four ladies that I dealt with today were all very helpful, very kind, very professional and got me in and out of the ER in about 2 hours. I consider that amazing! I was very pleased with the way I was diagnosed and treated, which should resolve my medical problem quickly. This is the only ER that I ever want to go to, in the event I have future medical problems that need urgent attention.

I came in with chest pain and high blood pressure. We stayed in the waiting room for two hours. I asked them why they didn't take heart patients back sooner. they said they didn't have any beds. They were calling people back that were not even there. We will never go back.

I was very impressed with my experience in the ER the Dr. I saw came in not just quickly but several times to check my progress. The staff was also timely and helpful. I will recommend this ER to anyone that requires an ER visit.
