Alejandra was great. She took wonderful care of my son, listened to all of our questions and concerns. Fast care without making us wait for hours like at other clinics. Will definitely come here again. Super friendly staff. Very knowledgeable. Kaylie was very professional and kind.

I was seen in less than 20 mins. Ladies were professional.. friendly ..and Dora was super helpful when I needed help with my insurance and very patient with all my questions. I highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of care. This was my first visit but it most definitely will not be my last. Thank you for helping this mother of 8 get on track to a speedy recovery!

Making an appointment was easy, there was not a long wait, and the woman who spoke with me first to take my weight and height was perfectly nice, attentive and professional. However, the NP I saw seemed utterly bored, apathetic, inattentive, and like he couldn't be bothered to really dig into my issues despite the fact I've stated it's impacting my every day life. He didn't really provide me any insight or suggestions beyond what I already knew or what the internet tells me. Beyond that, it felt like I had to basically pry to get what little info out of him that I did. I hate to be rude, but he really was probably the laziest, most uncompassionate, disinterested medical professional I've seen. The only credit I can really give is that he wasn't outright rude, but that really isn't saying too much is it? I was prescribed a compound for my issue, but it's the sort of thing that really only temporarily masks the pain. I would recommend it to people, but I do feel the need to warn people they may encounter an uninvested Np rather than people who have any discernable drive or desire to really work with you beyond the (no offense) obvious. I understand that not everyone is chipper and happy-go-lucky, but patients deserve more than lethargic/apathetic/clearly bored and uninvested medical professionals. TL;DR: Pros - easy appointment, clean office, short wait time, friendly front-of-house Cons - lethargic, uninvested NP, little real insight or help with managing condition and pain (no, I was not asking for narcotics)

Great staff! Professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Wonderful experience from the check-in, to the triage nurse, to the exam by the nurse practitioner. Will be back and will be referring all of my friends and family. Wonderful crew!

Had a wonderful experience with the Charter Clinic team. The front desk lady was Bridget. She started my wonderful time here (despite being sicker than a dog) by being helpful and kind. My MA was Shelby and she was so caring and listened to what was going on. The provider was Scott and he is truly the best provider I’ve ever been to. If you are looking for primary care I would highly recommend the charter clinic.

Came to the charter clinic because I was not feeling well. My nurse was Melissa. She was great! She also answered all my questions and concerns. The PA Scott was very professional and friendly. Next time I need any sort of health care I will come to the Charter Clinic. They have a great team and they are there to help you.

Went to the Charter Clinic feeling terrible and Shelby was my MA. She was really kind and listened to my problems. Scott was my PA and he was also very helpful and caring. I would suggest this clinic to anyone who wants to have a group of people who care for you and listen to your problems.

Two days in a row they tell me my insurance is not valid, I don't have coverage, etc when my insurance provider has them listed as in network and I tried telling the lady at the front desk about the "new" portal she needed to use but she seemed so bothered and didn't want to listen so I gave up and left without treatment. On day 2 I call and was told the same thing basically despite my insurance company confirming i have coverage (possibly same lady pushing me off as day 1) but that "she would call me back" but still the next day (day 3) and she never did. I told them day 1 I needed a covid test so I could return to work but on day 2 they were STILL completely fine with skirting the responsibility and just left me hanging with no other advice just that "they would call then call me back". I had a bad feeling about getting a phone call back in a timely manner because the lady seemed so put off to do her job so I just went somewhere else (also in network) and was in and out in 20 minutes with 0 problems and now a positive covid test. Glad charter care was okay with someone (who is asking for a covid test) coming back and forth to their office to do their job of confirming insurance. Will not return and will suggest others don't either. Hope there was little to no exposure for your staff and others in the waiting room but I did my best.

Scott the PA is such a genuine individual who cares greatly for his patients. The staff are also amazing they were so gentle with my Covid test I will absolutely be coming back for any urgent care needs.

I wish I could give ten stars to the SAM team as I call them. Scott! Ashley! And Melissa! They are the best healthcare workers I have ever experienced! Knowledgeable, compassionate and kind! As a black woman I always expect to be treated less than a second class citizen! But here I felt like the queen of England! I swear no exaggeration! I don’t give away compliments! But this team deserves their flowers! I’ve decided to make them my primary care providers. Whereas, otherwise I would be afraid to go to the doctor. I feel safe and secure under their care!!! Thanks a lot for making me feel like any other human deserves to be treated! ❤️🙏🏾

I have been coming here for years and I won't go to any other place and I drive a ways to get there but to me it's so worth it I feel like you get the best care there and you really don't get the treatment at others like you do here I would recommend them to everyone . I absolutely love them. They have helped me so much when Dr's were at a loss. They found c diff after 9 months and help me get back on my feet! Amazing place and people!
